The hotel is okay but just be aware the breakfast is not included. It seemed like it was when I looked online and I was told it was when I called to book the hotel. When we got there I came to find out that it was 19.95 a person or something like that. It smelled delicious but it's not included in the room. I wasn't thrilled with that but otherwise the hotel is fine and it's a very good location. The pool wasn't exactly perfectly cleaned either.

This was the worst experience in any hotel that we have ever stayed in. The supervisor at the front desk, Mo, suited more to be a correctional officer than a service supervisor at a hotel, kept my daughters waiting in the lobby for more than 45 minutes just because I was not present and he did not agree with the rate that I had booked. I practically begged him over the phone to let my daughters in and that once I arrive we will correct any issues that he may have. He also had my credit card on file and could have charged anything just to let my daughters in the room for the night, but he flat out refused. The room that he finally checked them into had an air conditioning unit that was pouring water onto the carpet. Half of the room's carpet was soaking wet by the 2nd day and he refused to move them to another room. The video of water pouring down is attached. The room smelled of mildew and mold due to the water leakage that I have to believe was going on for several days. I personally asked at checkout for the general manager of the hotel to give me a call, and 3 days later no one has reached out to me. Simply stay away from this hotel.

I recently booked this hotel for my wedding everything was going well until check out my things went missing and no one helped I do not live near by and had to drive multiple times to the location to personally speak to someone everyone kept providing different stories from being told my things were found and then go get them and all of sudden they no longer appear, how my bag was found empty and then told oh no it was never found. No call backs until this day now almost 2 weeks after still waiting for a phone call from “general manager “ supposedly incident report was filed nothing I keep asking for a copy I keep emailing no response and completely was brushed off without no explanation. What a shame that how easily thefts can go on and no one can seem to give you a response or have the courtesy to reaching back out to follow up. I so disappointed I thought after a hotel like this owned by Marriott will have better staff and customer service but I guess not!! I would not trust this hotel!!!!

I would be doing a disservice if I gave this hotel anything less than 5 stars. Even though I only stayed one night here and we encountered problems from when we first got there, the customer service was nothing less than superb! Upon arrival, when we got into our room, the ac was not working, so we called the front desk and told them the unit wasn’t coming on so they told us they would send someone up right away. Even though they didn’t come right away, when they came, they came with an entire ac unit to replace the broken one. Boy, I thought the most they would do would be to reprogram some stuff maybe unplug and re-hook, but an ENTIRE UNIT!!!!? How Incredible! Then when they were taking like 2 hours to fix the unit, they decided to move us next door which still had a little flaw in it but they came with a solution none the less! However, the other mishap was when I was about to get in the shower and me and my significant other seen a mouse run from the hallway into our bathroom! I immediately called the front desk and told them this and they sent someone up right away. They ended up moving us downstairs where the room was huge and had a better view and on top of that gave us a free complimentary breakfast! They also let us stay until after checkout time which put the cherry on top!!! The breakfast was absolutely incredible by the way! They have a real breakfast buffet that consisted of sausage, eggs, French toast, fruit, bacon, bagels and some more!!!! We only needed to tip in which we did cause the service was excellent there as well!!! I absolutely would stay here over and over again!Update: I’m taking away a star because it’s been almost a week now and they are still holding onto my deposit. I hope I don’t run into this issue if I decided to book again.

Hotel was reasonably priced and located 10-13 min drive from the stadium. But was it worth it? Decide for yourself:We booked thru Chase standard room with 2 queen beds. We ended up in a room with 1 queen bed.Room 140 on the first floor had musty smell, worn out and spotty towels and sheets, extremely loud and inefficient air conditioner. I was told by female who checked us in on 6/11/23 (about 3pm) that they were sold out and no other rooms available.Hotel advertise free shuttle service on Trip Advisor as one of property amenities, but fail to mention that no shuttle of theirs go to the stadium, even for extra compensation.When we came from concert after 11pm we realized we had only one queen, but anyway we were lied upon check in that our room 140 was the only available room. Next morning on 6/12/23 upon check out I inquired why we got only one queen bed. Male employee (Derek? or Daryll?) claimed that Chase made reservation for 1 queen. When I showed him email with confirmation for 2 queen beds, he admitted that it was a mistake on their part and offered some kind of monetary reparation. However, when Chase representative called to discuss reparation the manager denied it and blatantly claimed that we were offed 2 queen bed room and refused to take it. What a nerve !!!Apparently, dishonesty of employees and a manager and disrespect and ridicule of their guests is a normal part of the routine "service" and "hospitality" in this less than mediocre hotel. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Staff was pleasant. Location was good- close to a main road so can hear the traffic. Rooms were partially updated- if you are going to update a room, update everything, not just some things. The shower had hair in it when we arrived and the floors weren't vacuumed. We had a lot of loud neighbors which I realize is beyond the control of the hotel but for our yearly trip to NJ, we will try another place next year.

This location was very convenient for my travel. Rooms were clean, and they offered maid service daily if needed. Nightly rates are very reasonable too. Front desk staff were OK. I had a better experience with a female staff member versus the male. Didn't catch names. They also have a bar with mediocre drinks that serve food. Bar staff was super friendly. Overall, I will come back. This will be my go-to when I stay in this area.

Save your money & stay somewhere else. The staff promises things & does not deliver, they are rude when you try to explain things to them & they tell you they don’t care what you have to say. You have to beg to get what you actually book & what you were promised. I had to pay extra to get what I was promised & I don’t feel this is fair considering I was told by the 800# & the front desk girl that I would get the room with the rest of my party Plus I had dirty sheets that looked like they were run over by a cart or something. There was also big spots on one of the pillows idk if it was blood or not, but it looked like it. I filed 3 complaints & and someone is yet to call me back. This is unacceptable.WORSE STAY EVER!!

Just took a group of 44 high school students here for an NYC trip. Rooms were extremely clean and seemed recently renovated. The young woman at the front desk (I can't remember her name now) was unbelievably kind, congenial and helpful--she deserves a raise. Atmosphere was calm and quiet (including, miraculously, my students). Price was fair and only a 25-minute bus ride to NYC. Will definitely book again the next time we go to NYC.

Very quiet surprisingly being near the highway! The room is clean and so is the washroom which is really important! I really appreciate the new renovated place and the new pump of shampoo, body wash and conditioner, goodbye to so many unwanted tiny containers that helps to pollute the earth! Kudos to Holiday Inn for the initiative to care for our environment which is a WIN-WIN. There’s microwave and fridge that works and a hairdryer that doesn’t stop in the middle of drying your hair. The air conditioner works and not screaming like stop-scream sort of and also there’s an outdoor pool and ample parking, sadly NO BREAKFAST INCLUDED but there’s a McDonald’s and Dunkin Donuts around the corner. Overall, this place is okay.

What a pleasant surprise. We had read good reviews of the hotel. The exterior is a bit dated but clean and has a decent parking lot. The lobby & rooms have all been updated. Neat industrial vibe. Bright, playful & inviting. If you need a place to stay in the Hasbrouck heights area, I would check them out

This hotel was great! My family along with a friends family went for 2 nights. We stayed in this hotel because of how close it was to American dream and how close everything was. We needed breakfast and right next door was a McDonald’s. We had a great experience with the front desk. We had a problem with our booking and be told the person at the front desk and he was super helpful. He helped us get a new room and gave us a discount on breakfast as an apology. The gym was clean and neat every time we went it was clean and tidy. The only issue was bathroom wasn’t super clean compared to other hotels but I wouldn’t consider it super dirty. The room was modern and clean.

Be prepared to walk. Front desk is half a block from the room tower. Has had partial renovation but could use more. Clean room, halls need more light. Impossible to pull out to RTE 17S during morning rush. Parking lot needs work.
