I drove 28 minutes out of my way for a shrub trimmer. I called ahead of time and asked twice for the trimmer I wanted and clerk said they had it. I even told them how much it was listed for. I arrived and oops they don't have it. They tried to pass a $75 trimmer off as what I wanted. Wasted an hour drive (round trip). Bad business practices

Have visited this store multiple times for my handy work. I have got quality items for the most reasonable price. Had couple of questions regarding the right tools and I would say their customer service is outstanding. John has been very helpful. Have saved so much labor charges by doing things myself with the most reasonable priced tools of Harbor Ferights. A big shout out to all the customer service staff at Harbor Freight Tools, Hasbrouck Heights.

Was shopping for a specific item. While I was in the middle of its section, the employees blocked half the section by placing their large industrial ladder in front of the displayed products. It was obvious that I was shopping that section but now I couldn't get to half of it.
It took a couple of requests to get it moved but not without the rude faces and side eye rolls.
When I complained to the manager she basically blew me off. So I went to another store and spent my $$$

Sells the cheapest garbage china makes. Tools last about 20 minutes of use. If they paid me to use their products I would probably decline. STAY away!
