They say they will deliver in 48 hours but it was OVER a week out and very pricey. $250 delivery and I am less than 2 miles away…. But they have plenty of parking which is really nice.

Cort furniture was able to supply my pillow fort in a pinch. I'm a 27 year old Dungeon Master as well as enthusiast of comfort architecture. I explained to the manager that I needed six thousand throw pillows for the Moroccan enspired pillow fort and they were more than willing to supply. Despite my mother screaming at me about wasting my money and life (After I flushed her Prozac), Cort furniture managed to deliver and install all of the construction materials. Thank you guys for ensuring a spectacular night with my real girl doll!

This place is great. I always get the best service here and the manager is always helpful. He offered to measure my place and was able to recommend some nice pieces. I didn’t even have to go in. They are always so accommodating.

I am so disappointed it Cort Furniture. I can't even believe they would treat a customer this way during these times.My 10 year old son booked a broadway show in NYC and I relocated from Indiana for him. We leased our furniture for the apartment from Cort. Due to the National State of Emergency, broadway closed as did everything that is nonessential. So we had to move back home. I called Cort and explained our situation to Kathleen Layton, who told me over the phone that my lease would be terminated no fees and I would not have any additional payments. Cort Furniture even came and picked up the furniture from the apartment. Then Cort Furniture charged me for April. I emailed Kathleen to question the charge and she informed me that I would have to pay the remainder of the lease. So 1st problem and horrible service. She told me on the phone I would not be charge anything more and yet now I have been charged and she emailed that I have to pay the remainder of the lease when I don't even have the furniture.2nd problem, my son doesn't have a job and can't pay for the furniture that we don't even have and are not even using. Cort Furniture picked the furniture back up and they have it.3rd problem, what company in these times would treat their customers like this. The apartment complex isn't even charging me anymore. They terminated our lease. Anyone, or company that has good moral ethics would not rob their customers during these horrible times.I would not every recommend Cort Furniture NYC, North Bergen, NJ or any Cort Furniture.

We had a house fire. So my insurance company rented us a house for 4 months. Along with furniture from this company. They got $1500 a month for 4 months that’s $6000. To rent furniture bought from big lots. We had 2 days to back everything we had and move back to our house. There might have been a few stains on the furniture that could easily cleaned up. We had no time to clean it. Instead of understanding the problem this company changed us nearly $600 to clean it. They said it would have been more cause the furniture was close to ruined. Which is totall bs ! If you wanna use the furniture don’t rent it from here you will pay something at the end. Greedy company that wants to scam you.

This place is great, nice quality furniture and good prices... Michael is amazing, a very honest businessman and friendly. I definitely recommend buying from this place if you are in search of unique high-end pieces.
