Top notch service. Took my car to this location bc I had bird poop all over the car. When the staff member saw that my car didn't come out clean, they immediately offered for me to go through again w an upgraded service (went through w/ silver level initially). Second time was excellent, car came out shiny and clean. Thank you to the hard working staff at this location. I will def be a returning customer now. Their prices are reasonable, especially if you get the monthly unlimited pass. They also have free vacuums for you to use prior to heading into tunnel for wash.

I have the monthly unlimited and it's the greatest value out there. They improved the vacuums and now are the before your wash. Long hoses and always work. I get the undercarriage washed to get rid of all that road salt and brine. Never had a problem and hopefully I won't. If you want your inside cleaned, mats washed, headliner cleaned and a coffee latte then this is not for you.

Been to this place 3 times and every time had unpleasant experience. They never finish the job properly. Always leave some part of the car wet without wiping, never do good job with windows, interior vacuum was always horrible as the trash was never completely gone, mats were always dirty. They want to finish the job quickly and never pay attention towards quality..? Recently, went for exterior wash, but the interior of the car was wet and they were never bothered to wipe the interior even after complaining. The owner is very stubborn and doesn’t understand what you are saying and keeps repeating what he says…Will never go back again…

Was on promo for 5$ a wash. The cashier said to not pay for more expensive options because we only have a sedan. Free vacuum machines in and out. Courteous wipe downs are very thoughtful.

Changed owners a few months ago not worth the money, they cut back on people so they dont pre wash the car like they used to. There are blockades everywhere and the got rid of the interior cleaning. I cancelled the membership by calling and email early April and have been charged two months in a row. Now I have to change my debit card.

They had a good and quick full service with a reasonable price before. Now the full service was not operated and exterior washing price is increased. Still they have complementary vacuum but I have to wait the spot because of abondoned full service and customers should vacuum by theirselves. I guess the management has changed but this is the obvious deterioration. I could pay extra for the full service. Customers who wants full service wants time.

Great customer service and cheap plans...the only problem is that sometimes not enough water to rinse in the machine at the end.Still worth it - fully recommended
