Eric is an amazing trustworthy guy. He offered me a price for my BMW truck based on a few basic questions. He said he will have someone pick it up in forty five minutes and was true to his word. The gentleman who picked up the truck was professional and very helpful.
The truck had some body damage which was not discussed over the phone with Eric when a price was proposed. Once the gentleman saw the damage he madenit clear that this would lower the price. However, Eric decided to go with the agreed price discussed on the phone. I found that was great customer service staying true to his word and would definitely recommend him to anyone trying to sell a vehicle before going anywhere else. Amazing service!!? ?

Cash Your Car NJ gives 10/10 service, they're straight to the point, and will do what they can to help thier customers. Just had to let go of my very 1st car a 1999 Honda Civic, it was it rough shape, but Cash Your Car NJ came by and picked up my vehicle within a day of calling.

Unfortunately I was put in a situation where I was sold a car that belonged in a junkyard or deemed unsafe to drive and Eric was generous enough to be honest and give me a far deal. There aren't many people like him left in the world, who are kind and genuine. I would highly recommend using his services if you ever need it.

I would highly recommend cash your car NJ if you are looking for honesty and great service when it comes to whatever your vehicle needs are. For me, I was looking to scrap my old 2000 Honda Accord. The car had 250,000 miles on it. Although the clearcoat was coming off and had Numerous dents it was still running great. The unfortunate problem for me is that my catalytic converter had been stolen and it cost a small fortune to replace. When looking for a place to scrap my car, I came across a certain website that had high ratings so I chose them and I filled out an entire question being completely honest about the shape of the vehicle, the miles, and the fact that It had no catalytic converter. After answering All their questions they gave me an offer which was pretty good and I accepted. The next day they came to pick up the car and tried offering me significantly less because there was no catalytic converter. I showed the driver the offer with the offer ID number, so he called his boss and they told me because there was no catalytic converter that they were now lowering their offer. I Explain to them that I had spent the time to fill out the questionnaire, and I answered all the questions honestly including the fact that the car had no catalytic converter and I gave them the order ID number. Their response was that they never got that information. So my response was goodbye. I’ll keep the car. It really wasn’t the price they were offering that bothered me It was the fact that they were going back on their initial offer and we’re being very dishonest with me. It’s the honesty that matters with to me. I didn’t care if the next company I called offered me less as long as they were upfront about it. So I eventually came across cash your car NJ And I’m very happy I did. The service was excellent and they were very polite. Within 30 minutes of speaking to they were there to pick up my car and best of all the price that was agreed upon was actually honored. Within minutes the deposit was made into my account and the car was taken away. Like I said, the dollar amount was not the important part although I will say the price I was given was more than fair given the shape of my vehicle. It was the fact that not only were they polite and courteous they stuck by the offer they gave. It’s places like cash your car NJ that we need more of In a world full of dishonest and rude businesses. Whenever I am next in need of this type of service, I know exactly where to go first. It doesn’t matter how much time passes by because I know that a business that offers excellent service and honesty like cash your car NJ will be around for a long time unlike most other similar businesses that are run on deceit and greed. I apologize for such a long review but a business like this most definitely deserves it. Thank you again. It is much appreciated.
