AW Auto is hands down the best place to go for used cars under $10,000! The selection is fantastic, and the quality of the vehicles is top-notch for the price. Sold my car to the guys at AW, overall GREAT experience. They gave me a very fair price compared to other buyers despite the condition of the car. Dale was great throughout the whole process from the initial call to getting the check. Highly recommend !!

Edit from owner response: I wouldn't expect you to find a record of me visiting by my initials KC on google. My partner & I were there looking at 2 different Honda Accords. I see a trend from businesses using that excuse. When you walk in we were assisted by the gentleman sitting at the desk on the right, the desk with the box of spray paint under the desk.

DO NOT TRUST THEM!! I Bought a car here recently, then within 2 months, started having tons of issues and took it to a mechanic who said the car was "terminal" with severe frame damage, oil leak, clogged catalytic converter, and other issues that were a major threat to my safety and that the dealer was clearly aware of when selling me the car. The car starting shaking, jolting forward, and would not move at all in the middle of traffic which almost caused a major accident, and I had to pay to have it towed and am now having to pay to uber despite JUST purchasing this vehicle. When I called Dale, the salesman, he was very dismissive and refused to give a refund because its a "high mileage vehicle". Dale clearly took advantage of the fact that I was a single girl buying a car alone and used all the sleazy car salesman tricks (distracting me when I was test driving, pretending there was another buyer to rush my decision, etc). Jonathon, the manage, bribes customers to write positive reviews before they leave the office, so do not believe what you read. The warranty that he used to bribe me ended up being switched out to a 3rd party vendor at the last second & was worthless for getting any financial help fixing the car. It is evident that Jonathon and Dale do not care about their customers' safety or satisfaction AT ALL and only care about doing whatever they have to do to trick you into making the sale. For your safety, please go somewhere else that actually has employees with ethical standards and won't leave you stranded with a completely useless vehicle.

AW card- home of the bait and switch. They make an offer to purchase our car, had us drive all the way up there and then made excuses for us to wait and wait. They finally heard from the “boss” who was nowhere to be seen and made a low ball offer way below the previous offer. I think they made us wait in hopes of is just taking the offer , and they had no intention of following through with the online offer(and follow up conversation). Be wary of their shady business practices, and consider yourself warned.
