I have been a long time customer of The Green Room for a few years now. They sell quality products, reasonably priced, and it's always a seamless process whether buying in their store or online. What prompted me to write a review was I had recently purchased an online order during the Cyber Monday sale. Despite TGR sending it out the same day I ordered it, the USPS managed to lose it. Tracking did not reflect an acceptance scan for over a week. I was initially very upset at this, given my positive experience with TGR, and sent an admittedly passive aggressive email. Despite my frustration, TGR had another order sent out literally the same day I raised the issue and it arrived literally the next business day. About another week after this... my original order finally arrived... I emailed TGR offering to mail it back and they told me to keep it for being a long time customer. Needless to say, I will continue to be a long time customer.”

“Had a great experience with the representative. I'm so happy I didn't go somewhere else. I didn't catch his name but he had ear piercing and wife a hoody. He was down to earth and gave honest feed back about Mods and mod kits. Didn't try to rip me off bc I wasn't savvy about Mods or Vapes. As this was a gift. Big selection of Mods, tanks, and juices. There is a wide selection of vaporizers, spray paint, bongs, lighters and so much more.
He had a lot of knowledge about Mods, juice, coils, and tanks. I got everything he suggested and he explained everything to me in detail. He lets you know there are no returns ahead of time which makes sense bc of the obvious sanitary concerns. Although there is a manufacturers warranty.
If I'm ever in town again I will definitely stop in. Thanks again!”

“Owner is a cool younger guy. The staff are very knowledgeable and they have a HUGE variety of different brands. If they don't have what you're looking for they will go above and beyond to get it for you if you frequent them. Prices are fair. If you have any issues with anything, they will do everything in their power to make it right. Ever since the laws passed that made buying vape products online nearly impossible, they have gone out of their way to stock the products I like for me. They have a customer for life in my book.”
