Terrible service in this office, there is an adult man with white hair who is rude and boring, they should put educated staff there.
Apart from the corresponding ones, they do not deliver them on time or to the correct address, very bad service.

Front Desk is cold and rude, very noisy at night. It’s hard to believe that it closes at 4:30pm very day but has to start the start the engine of truck at 1am every day. Making the nights of community a nightmare.

The employees that work the counter at this post office go out of their way to be rude and nasty... every... single... time. Like they're not getting paid to give the horrible service they are consistently providing. Please fire them all and replace them with personnel that actually appreciate having a decent paying job.
I wish I could give zero stars because that's what they deserve.

I’m writing this on behalf my mom’s, she had an appointment there today at 10 am a black woman with braided hair see her, my mom does not speak English very well, and somebody else wanted to help her but she did not allow her for any help, she was very disrespectful and rude, this people who does this type of work, should be educated, or they simply should not be hired in government offices. Who ever is in charge of this office has to do better hiring people who is well educated or at least has empathy and knows how to make people feel welcomed

This rating is strictly for the clerks. Steve, who has been there forever, is the only professional one there. Super friendly guy. He deserves 5 stars. The rest of them are super nasty.

I don't understand why they have such unpleasant people working in this post office, an uneducated person, today I had my appointment at 10:30 and I arrived 35 minutes early and a RACIST lady told me that my appointment was at 10:30 but before That person helped me with a girl who I can't say anything bad about her, and she told me to look for a translator without knowing if I spoke English, I told her that we can talk to her because there's no way I wouldn't know how to answer my personal things and she said come tomorrow at 8 in the morning and they have to bring a translator and their son, so because the stupid woman wants to, my son has to miss classes, they should check the staff of that post office ??

I’ve never dealt with a more rude employee in my life. I believe his name was Steve and he was incredibly rude to my wife & I for 2 attempted passport appointments for our infant. Between packing up an infant, construction & parking in Harrison we were a few minutes late for our start times. Both time Steve wouldn’t look up from his desk and point to the door , I kid you not today he said “are you here for a passport appointment” I said yes which he replies “well you can leave” and points to the door. Disrespectful to a whole other level. Go to any other post office and save yourself the hassle of dealing with Steve.

I requested twice to have my package held due to an incorrect address. Although they said ok, they still delivered it to the wrong address (the man who answered my phone was rude)

My package said it was delivered Dec 7, 2023 @ 1:30pm. I checked with my concierge because I didn’t get an email from my building stating that my package was here & it wasn’t. Now I contacted Usps (have to wait 2-3business days for a follow up) & this post office to see where can my package be. When I spoke with someone here, she told me that she would speak to the carrier and see if he dropped it at the wrong address then she gave me a call back & said she spoke with him & he’s heading around my way then so I had my concierge call me when the carrier got to my building delivering other packages & I spoke with the carrier & he said that it’s nothing on his truck, could’ve been mixed up & dropped off somewhere else but he will check & if so he will bring it back to my building. However I spoke to the other buildings and they said they didn’t receive a package for me. I don’t know if this post office is stealing people packages or losing people packages but this is unacceptable. Now I’m lost out of my money & package.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE FOR CERTIFIED MAIL & HERE IS WHY..I recently had a certified letter sent to me which contained very sensitive information and when I went to my front desk to retrieve the document, it was no where to be found. This post office had the worst communication throughout the process and is refusing (post master -Jessica) to refund the additional money spent to send a certified letter which requires a signature upon delivery and of course there was no signature. What happened is I received notification that the document was delivered and it wasn't. I then went to the post office the following morning where they stated the document was delivered. I responded with my security swears a postal man never came into the building at 6:49pm (alleged delivery time). So it begins, the search for the document with sensitive information. The post office had no idea where it was as they were claiming it was handed to my front desk and the front desk is saying that never happened. So, I had no choice but to file a police report. After telling the post office that I had all intention of filing a police report, I received a call from the manager Nichole, stating she is in front with my letter. I asked her where she found it and she made up some excuse that it was stuck to the bottom of the container that holds the mail. But, then again, if that's the case then why did I receive a notification saying "delivered, to individual" IF IT ACTUALLY WASN'T. After she handed the document to me I heard her speak to my security and later that day I asked him where she did find it? and his response is she was in the mailroom and came out and there it was. She took a picture and said she found it. This is not possible because 1. we have cameras 2. I checked the mailroom multiple times, including my mailbox. All-in-all, this entire situation was beyond stressful and the service I paid for was not performed and I would never trust this post office with sensitive information again and neither should you.

I sent a package through this post office a couple months containing something that I spend days crafting and a gift card and they lost it. I only found out that it was lost months later so of course I don’t have the tracking number any more. I should have known when the lady took my package and just tossed it into the shipping bag without thinking twice if it was fragile or not. Shows me how much the employees do not care. Next time I’m going to a post office with competent employees and better attitudes.
