Additionally, an Indian gentleman offered some valuable advice on how to maintain the condition of my tires.However, the highlight of my experience was Lucy’s exceptional customer service. He was incredibly helpful, polite, and knowledgeable, and even convinced me to consider purchasing a new set of tires from their shop in the future, despite the fact that I live in Canada. After the repair was completed, safety was their top priority, and they ensured that I had a spotter to exit the premises safely.Overall, I found the price to be very reasonable, and I highly recommend this shop to anyone in need of tire repair or replacement. Even though I live far away, I will definitely return to this shop the next time I pass through the area.”

Answered all my questions and also had them check the brakes and car system. They did the installation and balancing in an adequate time frame. “Nice staff! Great service. My mom has been coming here and so I trust her recommendation. I needed to get the AC in my car fixed and was told somewhere else that it was my compressor and it would’ve cost me $1200 for the part not including labor. I ended up coming here turns out it wasn’t my compressor at all just an old relay and I paid a 50% fraction. Always get a second opinion and ask why when quoted for something. Anthony and Charlie were the ones assisting me and had no problem educating me. And a special shoutout to Ace for bringing the laughter. Great team work!”

“My one tire has been leaking and requiring air almost every two weeks. I went to another place who stated nothing was wrong, but if I wanted to I would have to change all four tires because they “do not make my tires anymore since you have an older car” . I went to Omar’s after reading his excellent reviews. He was extremely welcoming, and in no time fixed my tire and did an oil change I needed as well. My tire had a nail that the other place missed! The prices were also extremely reasonable. I will definitely be a repeat customer!”

“Very happy here. Vincent (the service manager?) gave me straight info without hard selling me. They did kind of try to upsell me on wipers, but that’s standard these days. At no point, from Vincent to front desk to installer, did I feel pressured. Sorry I didn’t get other names, but each of the 5 different people I talked to rocked. My car dealer is on the thinnest of ice right now, and if I have to spend money on anything not covered by warranty, I’m going to Mavis. You should do the same.”
“Hey this guys are 100% honest they won’t waste your time with lies they look for the best and most affordable option. And Once again they don’t lie to you I been bring in my cars to them for years now and they never not once have they tried to rip me off. Eddy is the owner and man this guy looks out for you always. They aren’t the cheapest but they are honest and the best on their work. And they put warranty on it to back it up. There is a reason why they always busy. Most definitely had told friends and family and they all bring their cars in for regular service and maintenance and or if something major happens. And they literally do it all, or they will find the way from mechanical to body work.”

“I’ve been having the worst luck with my vehicle lately. I was driving down 1-9 & felt that my car was off, then heard an unusual thumping sound that I have never heard before & then a strong odor. Luckily it happened right before I passed this shop and luckily the shop was less than a minute after this happened. Panicking inside I stopped and spoke with the Guys (managers/owner) & told them what was going on. They were ON IT! They checked out my vehicle. Got a quick diagnostics & told me what was wrong and even brought me in and showed me. They were very Thorough & Knowledgeable. They gave me an estimate which wasn’t half as bad as I thought it would be & went to work. It was painless. The atmosphere is comfortable as well. I was very satisfied with the business, their work, & the hospitality. I think it was meant that I find this place. JJ Bergamo will be my new spot. I look forward to doing future work with them! They turned one of my worst days into an awesome one!”

I'd probably recommend you to do the fuel injection cleaning on your own but the other prices for engine tune up, spark plugs, and ignition coil were fair.”
