The owner walked me through my repair options and when I returned to pick it up he showed me a bunch of internal issues from the last place that repaired my phone, it was shocking! Without passing judgement I shared with him that I was ready to upgrade my 2019 iPhone XS Max for something of better value.. he introduced a few options to me, I instantly said I wanted a pink iPhone 15 Plus and he made it happen. He placed a warehouse to store delivery on 11/15 and I received it in 48 hours, once I paid a second visit to the store he applied everything to my new phone including: screen protector, phone case, pop socket. (same day) Everyone i dealt with there was very friendly regardless of how busy they were. I was amazed of their service and hopefully wont have to see them again lol but luckily I was still under Samsung warranty and I got my phone fixed for FREE!.
