I came here for a gel pedicure and left completely unsatisfied. First, there was no lining in the tub for your feet. Unsanitary! Then instead of a traditional pedicure experience, my feet soaked for 2 mins, she drilled the gel off then repainted it. There was no scrubbing, exfoliation, or anything that literally any other salon does. And I was still charged the full $45. Will NOT be returning! If you want a full experience like any other salon, you’ll be better doing somewhere else.
Cleanliness: Completely overbearing and a bit overwhelming to be relaxed in.

DO NOT GO TO THEM!!! Lisa literally just does what she wants rather than listening to your requests. Lacks hygiene and consideration of her services while being overpriced. I asked for gel and she gave me acrylics. She rushed into doing the nails and not properly prepping my real nails. She hardly gave into my requests and acted as though they’re difficult designs (ain’t no way you’re a nail tech and can’t take on a challenge or at least replicate something similar). Oh and before I could decide on a design I want she asked if my mother and I can pay for the set before she puts on the designs, accusing us of not “paying” when she didn’t even finish my nails. If I could rate her service with zero stars, I would.

Requested style: This Owner does my Nails all the time. After they dried she then takes a picture of nails. So she can add it to her account.
Cleanliness: She makes sure that everything . Yes it's clean. I won't go to any other mail place

We took my sister there who is 80 years old and handicapped. The staff were so kind and sweet with her. It was a Very pleasurable experience. One staff member did her toes and the other did her fingernails working together at the same time. It was so great that I cried. We had already been turned down by another nail company because they said she was too old to do her nails.

When I went to go get my toes done I’m new to the area and I wanted to pick me up so I decided to get my toes nails and eyebrows done when I came in I went to get my feet done. Lisa started doing my nails at the pedicure station, I was asking her along the way if she can change this or that because it wasn’t looking right she snapped at me. She was disrespectful. Her friend was laying on my purse. The nails aren’t proportioned right my pointer in my ring. Finger are way too long. My thumb is way too short by the time I came home my toes are smudged and chipped. She argued me and said that I was being too picky, then refused to do my eyebrows unless I pay for my pedicure and manicure first, then proceeded to say she’s refusing to service me I work in customer service. I know how to delegate an awkward situation or an uncomfortable situation. I wasn’t disrespectful. I was respectful at all times her friend that was with her was being way too touchy. I don’t know her from anything or anywhere, and she kept grabbing my hand, my arm, my purse the receipt after I paid, she grabbed it never go there please don’t

Extremely unsatisfied with the manicure service. I’ve been to this salon for pedicure and manicure last week. Pedicure was satisfactory and was done by an employee. My manicure was done by the store owner. I bled from 6 fingers as she wasn’t really looking at the fingers while taking the dead skin out from around my nails. I strongly recommend you not to go to this place and if you do, do not get served by the owner atleast. It’s past a week and I still have bruises and cuts on my fingers.Services: Pedicures
