My parents n I have been dealing with economy hardware since the 1950s always had whatever we needed 7 days a week with home delivery. Even had out of date or hard to find items. Always friendly n helpful.

Bought kitchen cabinets. Came out beautifully thanks to the help of Fernando and Martin. My first time doing a kitchen and they were very patient and guided me well on how to do the layout and pick color. Quality is amazing. Price is reasonable and timing is better compare to some other places I went to that takes 16 weeks to get your cabinets.

This is the 2nd bathroom I've outfitted through Economy working directly with Mary Ann Jewell. Let me tell you she is top notch! She was a true partner to us and always had our best interest in mind. Not only is Mary Ann is extremely efficient and very knowledgeable in all types bath products, she was a good consultant to talk through colors and designs with. She was spot on with all the technical details & measurements. Mary Ann is a trusted professional who knows how good customer service can effect a relationship. It's clear she truely enjoys her job and cares for her customers! She was excellent and quick with follow up. These are qualities you can't get from working with an inexperienced/unmotivated/random employee at a big box retailer. Will be working with her and Economy again on our kitchen remodel. Thanks for all your help Mary Ann!!!

Okay Hardware Store.It is an okay hardware store located in Harrison, NJ. Service and selection is not the greatest but you can find some basic needed stuff nearby. Lady at the front desk as of July 2023 is not the most pleasing personality but there is not much of a choice.In short, I would rather have this store in town than not to have it. We just have to see how long can it survive in this competitive world especially against big box stores.

As a do it yourself-er, kitchen needed some TLC...ended up buying a brand new kitchen, could not be a happier customer, beautiful new showroom,and mostly how customer service gave me all the time in the world (sorry about driving you guys crazy), had that personal touch that are lacking in big box stores...thanks again
