A little branch office with a drive-thru, a couple of advisors (at least) and a full set of clerks working to get through which was nice. Plenty of availability for an appointment. Visit was scheduled on a call, but you can do it online or via app, too. Wells has a bit of an annoying process of having you close out a time deposit and then write a check, and then have you deposit back if you have a joint account because a time deposit is one name only, and the joint account (if you're married like I am), can't get that auto-deposited back at once. That's inefficient, all right. While the advisor there was clear, don't forget your debit card - it'll make any transaction faster.

Poorly trained or racist. I came in to exchange bills but was rudely brushed away because "I" did not have an account with them. The manager and teller both did not bother to check the fact I'm on my wife's account or see our family account, both with Wells for a decade. Time to switch to more in touch bank.

This isn't about the service but it speaks to the character of the employees there. For about 3 weeks now I've been taking a bus route that requires me to wait for a 3rd bus in front of this bank for about 20 minutes. When it's very cold or windy I have taken shelter in a room of two doors to enter the facility. Because I only stay writhing the first door for shelter there's another door which the employees apparently think is sound proof or just enjoy being rude because several times if here them chuckle and joke about why I was there. Yesterday a woman comes out to greet me and offer me services. When I told her my real reasons for being there she seemed understanding and told me to "stay warm". When she goes inside I gear her talk to other employees who question her about why I was there and if I was interested in the services or not to which they learned that I was not. Immediately someone suggested to which they all seemed to agree with the idea that I was trespassing and perhaps they should call the cops if I'm not a member of their bank. I understand really. I didn't feel comfortable being there, I knew it was strange to have a person standing around for 15-25 minutes but I was more concerned with the discomfort caused by the cold and wind... My point is, I don't appreciate the rude comments or opinions or much less the inability to come out and ask me politely to leave, to which I would have complied immediately. Needless to say even with this upcoming snowstorm I will stand outside on the sidewalk happily knowing I'm bothering no one.
