“I have been taking my dog, meatball to Willowbrook animal clinic since he was about 9 months old and we have been so happy ever since (he is 3 now)! “When Dr. Dulude moved to Caldwell, it became a longer ride for our furbabies to take - and they're not the biggest fans of carriers and cars. But going to the new office is well worth it. She and her staff are wonderful with our cats, and they're not traumatized by the visit in the least. They have the most amazing staff who are passionate about all of the dogs that come to them while also treating the pet parents with the same care. I have been through a handful of medical issues with my dogs and have always felt like my concerns were heard and the amount of followup and reassurance that my dogs are in the best care is above and beyond. “I have been going to Werner Animal Hospital for over thirty years now. Started with Dr. Werner Sr. and since his retirement, have been seeing Dr. Werner Jr. and his wife. We travel over 1/2 an hour to bring my two dogs and my kids 3 dogs. The doctors are efficient and knowledgeable and always explain options. They refer to specialists if necessary. The staff is kind and very compassionate in all circumstances. Prices are competitive. On my third set of dogs over the years and have always felt they care about the animal first. I cannot recommend them enough!”

“I had to find a second vet because my regular vet did not provide the services I needed for one of my cats. I had been to Complete Veterinary Care many years prior for an emergency visit under another vet (Dr. Vorhies) with a different cat. However, it seems the practice changed vets, so I researched Dr. Anacker and he came highly recommended. Dr. Anacker is calm and level-headed. He took me on as a new patient within a couple of days even though he was booked solid for two weeks. He also saw me every 7 to 10 days for several months to give antibiotic shots to my sick cat (and discuss other methods of treatment) even though we both knew my cat Stephen was never going to get well. He always listened carefully and never rushed me out the door. Several times he squeezed me in on the day I called even though he was booked solid. The office always responded in a timely manner and was very cordial. I was also able to provide updates via email. I am so thankful to him. He enabled me to have a few more months with my precious Stephen. I would definitely go back to him again without hesitation.”
“They helped us gracefully navigate the last years with an 18 year old diabetic terrier. They are OUTSTANDING examples of truly compassionate expert care and never once backed down from the increasing complexity of keeping him comfortable. This is by far the best vet of the many we've been to. Our experiences were primarily with Dr. Lorig, who is absolutely incredible, but all of the other vets, techs and receptionists we've had help us were also outstanding. We are very grateful to them and will be continuing to bring any of our animals here.”

“I could not be happier with Dr. Hollo and the care our animals receive at Basking Ridge Animal Hospital. We have two very large mixed-breed dogs that we bring to BRAH for all our veterinarian needs. “I wanted to thank everyone who was at Madison Animal Hospital yesterday June 14 and around 630pm, I had an appointment scheduled for my hamster to come in for a wellness check on the 23rd and last night things got worse for my little Peach. I called and pressed one for emergency and whomever I spoke to (I was a hysterical mess) calmed me and and told me to come down asap which I am so grateful and thankful for! Again thank you for that. Come to find out my little hammy was very very sick, paralyzed from a tumor she developed. I don't remember anyone's name because It all happened so fast but I want to thank the Vet who found Peaches issues and all the girls who talked to me, calmed me down, reassured me I was a great pet owner. I was devastated that all this happened to my Peach within hours. All the staff at Madison Animal Hospital are so sweet and so kind and they literally were so helpful and helped me make the right decisions on what to do with my baby. I'm thinking people are gonna think I'm crazy for crying hysterical over a hamster, but the staff there knew I loved Peaches with all my hear and kept telling me I wasn't crazy and she was more than just my pet. The front desk receptionist even put out a sign and lit those battery candles for Peaches. Thank you again for everyone that helped me and helped Peaches crossover rainbow bridge . I will never forget how professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and just amazing humans that work in this Animal Hospital. Thank you again for making Peaches comfortable before I said my last goodbyes to her. Below I shared some pictures of Peaches before she got sick. Thank you a million times again.
