The staff here are incredibly friendly and helpful, and they HUSTLE. The store manager has a great attitude and is always willing to get creative and offer options for even some of the most difficult and sensitive shipments. I can't recommend this place enough. I'm never here more than 5 minutes.

Excellent service today from James. He is wonderful, knowledgeable & extremely efficient. He had my 2 print jobs ready within an hour of me calling & was very pleasant to work with. Highly recommend!!

Can’t say enough good things about this location! I went in with less than a week’s notice to inquire about getting 50 spiral booklets printed and shipped out of state. James was able to get me a sample within a day and the rest printed a few days later. He was very patience, super helpful and pleasant to work with. Very accommodating and great customer service!

I had fragile items to send and after speaking with Jessica I felt comfortable and was reassured my items were in her great care. She listened and understood my concerns prior to helping me ship my items. She was very detailed oriented and professional. She is a GREAT asset to your store.

James helped me this morning at the cedar knolls UPS store. I was in a major bind with a complicated client project that needed to be shipped out by Monday for an event. He was calm, kind, and quick thinking! He had solutions to all complicated packaging and shipping requirements and ensured that I met our client deadline. I’ve never come across a more delightful and thorough rep.

James was so helpful with a funeral program printing job we needed turned around in a quick time. He answered all of my questions, made great recommendations on sizing/paper and kept in close communication to ensure we could meet the tight deadline.
He went above and beyond to assist with formatting to ensure the printed program was perfect.
Thank you James for making a task that needed to be done during an extremely difficult time feel effortless. Your kindness will not be forgotten.

Went in today to get some boxes, Joey from the get to was so pleasant and had a huge smile on his face. I went in to get some boxes, he offered to help me bring them to my car, I told him to take care of his customers after me. He knew almost every customers first name as they walked in. I will definitely be going into that location more and more.

The entire staff….Joey, James, John Scott, Jessica and Darshill have been nothing but professional, and patient while providing all of their services. I have used them for passports, faxing, copies, returns, and notary services. No matter how busy the store is I am greeted and waited on with a smile and a helpful attitude!

I recently moved to the area and have been using The UPS Store of Cedar Knolls for about a year now. From my very first experience, I've found it to be the most efficient and friendly UPS store I've ever encountered.Every interaction I've had at this store has been positive. The team members are not only knowledgeable and helpful, but they also greet you with genuine smiles. It's clear that they take pride in their work and genuinely care about providing excellent customer service.I want to commend the owner/manager for curating such a wonderful team. The commitment to creating a welcoming and efficient environment is evident in every aspect of the store. Whether it's a quick question or a shipping task, the staff is always ready to assist.Overall, I am thoroughly pleased with my experiences at The UPS Store of Cedar Knolls, and I appreciate the outstanding service provided by the entire team.
