This place is a total joke, traumatizing customers, especially the so called manager that does not know how to handle a simple return label, I guess you learn that lesson after the 7th year.

I went to return a package from Macys and asked the store manager to print the return label and make the return. He said he couldn’t do it unless I had the return label from the site. I didn’t know how to get back to label at first so I said the former employee took my phone and did the whole thing for me. He said I was being nasty and I should leave if I didn’t like the service. At this point I was so upset because of his aggressive behavior that I said listen I just want to send this and so I found the label screen and he finally did the return.He ended up not charging me but I was traumatized by the experience. Needless to say I will print my label home and refuse to be served by this guy. I would never come back if I had the option but it is a very convenient location.

Joey at this UPS Store is the BEST! I had to get a very large package down to Florida over a holiday weekend and he worked through many different options with me to make sure it got there well packaged and on time without costing a million dollars. I’m so thankful to encounter professionals like Joey who take their job very seriously and truly know their business inside and out. He really knows his stuff. Very thankful!
