Terrible store, workers never greet or ask if you need help. Manager always follows you around thinking you’re stealing. It makes it so unpleasant to walk around and browse for stuff. Never coming back

Terrible. Stood there for 20 minutes trying to figure out and understand which make up to get (I’m not a make up person), and multiple employees waked passed me and didn’t offer any help or assistance. They saw me and kept it moving. One lady finally asked if I needed help from a distance after I was standing there for 20 minutes and she was done whispering her conversation with someone else. I told her yes and was asking for a specific product that wasn’t available on the floor. She then went to go ask another employee to get the item, while she went to go assist another person. After waiting for some time, the employee who was sent to go fetch the product never came back and so I left. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but everytime I come here, no one EVER asks if I need help. But yet there’s multiple employees there who are chatting it up at the register or in the back corner of the store. Never seems to fail. I would literally walk around looking to see if someone could help me, but they don’t pay me any mind and don’t even bother pretending to offer assistance. Customer service here is disgusting and horrendous.

Nathan was amazing! It was my first time going to ulta for the salon and i was not disappointed. Nathan did an amazing job at doing exactly what I asked for. He also informed me of healthy habits for my hair and made recommendations which helped out a lot! Will be coming back to him.

I’ve been spending money at this specific location for over 5 years and the workers have always been great… up until last month I went two weeks ago with my two friends and we are Hispanic and we look it. We were followed around the stores by the security guard and an employee. The section we were in was empty and the guard kept popping their head in the aisle for “some weird reason”. Today I come in again and the same thing. I was followed around by the security until I reached the fenty section where a worker stood in front of me and watched me. When someone has experienced unfortunate events like too many times you know when you’re being followed and watched by employees. I have spent way too much money on you guys to be treated like I’m gonna rob the place. I don’t care you guys got robbed. Please explain to me what that has to do with me??? Do better.

I came here initially to just get my hair done for a wedding. From start to finish in that part everything was excellent!! The girl who washed my hair (whose name unfortunately I didn't catch) was so sweet and pleasant. Heather, who did my hair was amazing! My hair came out exactly how I wanted it and she was also friendly and pleasant. The even better part of the experience was going through the makeup section and meeting Lauren. I was looking for foundation and she took me through and found two for me. The first one of which was absolutely perfect. After telling her why I was there she said "Oh! Do you want me to do your makeup?" From that point on, I was in love lmao She picked out the perfect makeup, shades everything!! At the end she wouldn't even let me tip her. She told me I helped her day go faster. She absolutely LOVES what she does and it shows!! Heather and Lauren, thank you for making me feel like a beauty queen!!!

Really bad customer service they see me walking around looking for stuff, but no one will come up to me asking me if I need help they just stand at the register and laugh with each other

Everyone is so friendly and helpful!! You feel a really great vibe walking in, so you know that everyone who works there truly loves being there and loves their job. I'll absolutely be going back regularly!! They have EVERYTHING you could want or need!!
