Disgusting very rudetbe tellers and customer service reps have attitudes I reported them

The workers here are racist or like looking for problems. My mom and sister went to this bank trying to exchange a check and then the teller asked for two form identification. My mom had her I.D's on hand so she handed her the I.D and she was just staring at it. Then she said it was invalid and then a coworker pulled them to a side. She asked for a green card and my sister asked why it was necessary. The lady raised her voice saying it was required to see if she was a citizen and what not. Then before my sister could respond, the lady was saying "no right?". After the lady stopped talking, my sister had the chance to tell her that she had her working card and passport. So she looked at the valid I.D's and she said one of them was invalid. Never returning to this bank again. They really cheaped out with these crappy workers. 08/05/22 ~ 4:30 p.m

I have been to this location twice now. both times super long wait. the people there are nice ish but I wish they were more efficient and effective. I also wish I didn't have to wait so long.

The people here are literally the nicest people I've ever dealt with in any business. I started a landscaping business and walked in here strictly because my biggest account used them. I had no idea how to set up a business on the banking side of things. Stephanie (who I believe is the boss) put together everything for me and even took the extra steps to get my trade names taking care of with the county. All I had to do is go to the county clerk and get a signature. She basically set up my business legally. Another girl Sarah set up all my personal accounts and she was also amazing to work with. Neither of them tried to sell me anything either. I will be using them for everything from now on. I highly recommend if you are looking for a welcoming bank.

Actually this branch is pretty superior compared to other branches or even other banks. I've been banking here at this branch for over 20 years as a personal customer and 15 as a business customer, even though other financial institutions sometimes offer better perks. The consultants are local, know the neighborhood and customers with a professional but fun relationship. Why go anywhere else?
