“I couldn't give a second review so im adding to this one. My buick was in an accident and from step 1 to step 10 Nelson was there. He is one of the easiest people to deal with id advse anyone that goes there to ask for he he brakes everything down. I calld him off the hook and he never gave me anything but the highest service. When he didn't have an answer he would call back by end of day with an update couldn't ask for more. As far as the body work you cannot tell it was hit there is no orange peal at all it looks stock. They delivered it cleaner than what i gave to them. I couldn't thank Nelson and the rest of the staff enuff i will recommend them to everyone.
I took my maserati in for bumper repair turn around time was faster than expected. I was dealing with a gentleman named Nelson he mad the process very smooth treating the car as if it was his own. He took the time to go over the car before, and after. I didn't feel he sold me on anything he showed me there work and that was it I knew I made the right choice. I had him also do full paint correction and ceramic coating. When I picked it up I was looking for orange peel I couldn't find any an absolute flawless job by his crew. I couldn't be happier”
“I had an excellent experience with buying a Volvo at Smythe. I was looking for a late Certified Pre-Owned S60 with the hopes an S90 might fit in my budget. I drove a 2018 S90 home two days later. Alon was a great salesperson. He was very knowledgeable, patient, answered all my questions and demonstrated all the features in the car. All despite knowing right from the beginning I had no intentions of buying that day. Kevin, the Business Mgr, was equality competent, responsive and supportive during the tedious detailed paperwork. “The service at Auto Wurks Diesel is exceptional. I had transmission problems in PA and did lots of research on good shops around the area. I was in the process of taking my truck to the shop and actually broke down on the way. After contacting the shop to let them know, they gave me the number of a trusted tow service. Once the truck was there at the shop I got updates on the progress and was very impressed with the in-depth knowledge of their work. Anything that they came across while repairing the transmission that also needed attention was relayed to me for approval to fix as well. A rear main seal leaking and a transfer case seal. The new transmission performed flawlessly on our return trip home of almost 1,300 miles. I would recommend anyone in the general area with transmission problems or upgrades in general to use Auto Wurks Diesel after experiencing their customer service and knowledge of their profession.”

Whenever you get a first year model, there are expectations of some issues.
My biggest issue was a dead battery because of a software issue in the ABS system.
I called that morning at 8am. By 11am a tech was in my driveway replacing the battery and performing an update on the system
Problem solved and I never had to leave home. A+++++”
