I mailed close to 60 envelopes and handed them to the clerk. 6 weeks later they were all returned back to me undeliverable. Where were they for 6 weeks????

New postmaster is very very rude. Has a condescending attitude towards patrons. There is no need for it. As well as they used to keep the post office part were the Po box's open a lot later. Now it seems like they are very eager to close up to early. Would like to see something done about this new postmaster. She needs an attitude check or don't come to work.

I just returned home. I can't even access my P.O. box. How is it legal to lock a post office up for days without access to our mail. There has been no one there! Ridiculous! This post office used to be amazing and has just gone down hill over the last year. I am not sure why such a little post off has such big problems!

Have had nothing but trouble with them for years. Continue to deliver mail for people that do not live at my address, even after multiple calls and notes asking them not to.

I do a substantial amount of shipping through the Hampton Post Office and I've found everyone there to be incredibly helpful, friendly and professional.

very poor service on the phone by the female employee.. ! in govt sector i did expect a friendly voice over the phone but she was rude when we just called to ask for the hours.
