Almost fell for it! Took a 90-minute drive to go take a look at a Saturn Sky which presented well in the photos. Looked in the trunk and found puddles of water, water damage and accumulated rust!! Who knows what other problems that car had?! I even laid down a $300 deposit that I have yet to be reimbursed for almost a month later, which I will be expecting in a matter of days! Of course we did not purchase that piece of junk and Zack was in his feelings about it.
A couple of days ago, I simply left one star (as if I would leave 5 stars after taking that drive and almost falling for his auto fraud scheme). Zack calls me yesterday about the review trying to figure out why I left him one star… Why do you think? I told him to refund my money and he says “Take down the one star review”… I kinda laughed at that and said it’s not happening and you’re going to refund my money anyway. It’s my money and I have the paperwork to back it up. He’s on the phone laughing sarcastically because he really has nothing to come back with other than “You’ve got problems”. You’re the one with the bad reviews and in your feelings calling me, so it seems to me you’re the one with the problems! Sell better cars and be honest about your product and you’ll get better reviews. This place is loaded with bad reviews! Get over your small-man syndrome and refund my money.

Wonderful young man assisted me today by the name of Zach.He was very knowledgeable of all the vehicles and directed me towards the vehicle that is absolutely perfect! Left with a new car and very big grin on my face?? Thank you so much.

Rich and Zack made myself and my sons feel at home. Neither of them attempted to "upsale" us, and they were both very "soft-touches". They were encouraging of us to take the 3 vehicles we test-drove to our own mechanic to have him look at them if we wished, which was a major plus for me. In addition, they were very much willing to work within my schedule when it came to visiting the dealership and finalizing the sale of the vehicle we ultimately purchased.
They understand the needs of their customers and do their best to cater to those needs.
The car prices were just right and reasonable.
I recommend them and the dealership.

I bought a 2015 GMC Acadia today here. Zack worked with me in ensuring this truck was a good fit for my needs. He was not pushy or tried leading me towards something I didn't want. The deal for purchase was very fair and direct. No haggling whatsoever. I will definitely come back here if I ever need another used vehicle. It was a very positive experience. Thank you.

Nothing but trouble. Stay away. Sold a car in which they did not have title to. Specifically asked if they had title in possession. Answer was yes, but it was in secretaries desk. Car still had a lien on it. Was given the run around. A total nightmare.
Owner was very insulting!
I’d give them zero stars if it were an option
Claims car was in excellent overall condition- not true. Had do put in over $3000 worth of repairs!

Good morning
This is what I had to have done to this car someone installed the wrong size shocks and it caused damage. I had my 6 year old in the car it as grinding all the way to the mechanic.not for nothing but the listing said “overall great condition “
Quality used cars I still have to get rims repaired when driving 65 car shakes.
As per our conversation on Saturday you offered to help pay for some repairs. Before I bought it salesman said it just needs $60 alignment and ac recharge.

You have a lot to say about my salesman. I always go back to the beginning and find out what the customers like when problems arise. You busted our chops from the beginning about price etc. you bought a ten year old car. And a German one to boot. It was a 7,000 car. You could have had the car checked out beforehand. There are no certified car signs in my office nor do we advertise that. Was it a coincidence that Njdmv showed up before you got your title? I called you and we discussed your concern over the title. Sometimes it takes time for one reason or another. You threatened lawyers, among other threats. I’ve been in business since 1977. You are the first person to ever threaten me with trouble. When you jumped over me and called Johnson dodge I knew you weren’t right upstairs. I say except ownership and next time buy a new car.

Called about two SUVs and gave all my information told them I was traveling from New York and would be taking 3 trains and a taxi to come look at them the morning of started my long journey checked the website to make sure they were still there and they were Get to my second train station in Newark New Jersey and checked again one of the suvs was sold and they didn’t even take the time to send a text message or a phone car so that definitely turn me away and they wouldn’t even work with me on the other one very unprofessional

Vehicle had a lot of issues for the money. Salesman was helpful (Honestly, name one that’s not). Explained the problems to him and he had a story for everything. Don’t think I would purchase the vehicle. Not saying I wouldn’t purchase one there but I certainly wouldn’t buy that one.
