Out of the 3 gas stations in the area, this is the best one. More than once I have been gifted a coffee or a Tea when I stop past midnight and I come in to wash my face to try to wake up. I often try pay forward the favor.

Finding parking was tough and required patience until a spot opened up but the staff were extremely friendly and it’s a clean location. There are profane pro-right stickers pasted to the outside of the building so keep an eye on your kiddos as you make your way inside.

On weekends it is very difficult to find a parking spot for Truck

To small, always never any parking, why do they build/design these truck stop so small with little park space when you have a trillion trucks on the road, they are fooling them selves if they think to hybrid trucks are going to work when the infrastructure on the roads/highways can't support the desiel truck on the road now, build a truck with a minimum of 200 free parking spaces and 20 fuel lsles

Arrived Saturday evening and ask about parking since I'm in a cargo van. Manager at the time told me an area that was fine to park and was against grassy hill area in back. Saturday night and all day Sunday went fine. Then at 2am(oh joy State police) knock on my door and inform me I have to move. I go inside to ask Store Manager why it's an issue tonight because I was there last night and daytime Manager said I could park there. She said I could move to the front side parking spaces till 6am. She didn't know why daytime Manager said I could park there but this was there shift till 6pm. This is not the 1st time I've had issues with parking at this Pilot, one time I was woke up because I wasn't backed in space, another time parked where I was told overnight then 6am knock on van telling me to get out of parking lot and now this .How bout fix your communication per each shift and determine where guys driving cargo vans can park and if don't want our business then just tell us .

I really don’t like coming to this Pilot. The company I work for has me fuel here once or twice per week and let me tell you, it takes up to a hour to fuel here. Path to pumps is always blocked and drivers leave trucks on fuel island for hours since no one says anything I guess. The store inside is clean and all but fueling here is a nightmare.
