I will say I've never really had an unpleasant carrier nor have I had an unpleasant counter person. The man and woman that I pretty much always deal with are great, happy, joke around, generally kind attitude.
With that being said, I don't understand how the woman Colleen still has a job. Whoever hasn't fired her I'm (I'm sorry) incompetent or doesn't care how absolutely disgusting and unpleasant she is. You can call that office for the most simple issue and she is instantly disgusting. She doesn't like her job, she doesn't like people and she shouldn't be in any sort of role that deals with people or is a supervisory role of any sort. It's the craziest thing I've seen in awhile.
There must be absolutely nobody that will do anything about it or she would have lost her job a long time ago. Maybe she feels untouchable due to the union they're part of? I have no idea, but someone needs to knock her down a peg that's for sure.
Everyone else thank you and be safe out there.
As for the USPS corporate, wow. I don't know what you're doing.

I will start by saying this is a difficult job, the men and women that work for the US Post Office deserve kudos when they go above and beyond. The employees behind the counter were terrific. I was there with my 86 year old father and English is his second language. We were renewing his passport and photos were required and taken. Employees were very helpful throughout the entire process. Thank you and great job, you served us well.

If you have an IRS and a State NJ refund my advice is to get direct deposit. The Hammonton mailman is sending everyones IRS and State NJ checks back. This is illegal without tenants or landlords permission. He is doing that to the whole town, so if you haven’t received your check see the mailman in person and ask him for your check. Look online IRS where is my refund and you will get a message post office returned mail back, see the attached documents. Then you have to stay over the phone with IRS for 1-3hrs waiting for someone to help you. Be aware, The mailman is returning back the whole town IRS and state checks, from many different addresse, and nd he also delivers your mails to another addresses!

I go here alot like at least 3 times a week staff is really nice maybe a few times where one of them isent but enjoy going here sometimes long wait sometimes

There is a gentleman with the accent that works here that I have seen multiple times a week since living here for a year that is horrid. He has been blatantly disgusting to me and I have witnessed it to many other customers. He cuts you off, speaks down to you, and doesn’t bother explaining clearly the statement he cut you off with. He is extremely unkind and impatient. Customer service is horrible. The only pleasant individual I’ve encountered there in the year is Maritza

I'm a dismount and when a sub is delivering mail there are times when my mail is not delivered. Hammonton post office is the worst. Zanida is not very pleasant. I go to another post office in the next town rather than going to Hammonton.

I personally love when my mail carrier folds and crams deliveries into the mailbox rather than dropping it at the door. Thankfully my Amazon order wasn’t damaged. Please do better.

I can't understand why its so hard to deliver mail to a house correctly . I own a business and i recieve payment and other documents that are very important... but i have to go retrieve my mail at neighbors and vice-versa. I called and complained. But im not sure where i can take my complained to . So this can be resolved

I went in there a few days ago to send certified and priority Mail. I have not really sent anything like that in many years ,so I had questions.I wish I remember the lady at the desks name, but she was very kind and helpful and patient. Wonderful customer service from her
