What a great place to do business. My truck broke down on July 4th, they were open (thank GOD) .
I spoke with AL and the part was in stock. Dealing with AL i felt like he really cared about my vehicle needs ,
I'm very pleased with the service here ,5 stars .

Just a heads up! Save yourself the hassle! INDEPENDENT VS CORPORATE NAPA.If ur not local to this store make sure ur product is correct in every aspect. U won’t be able to return it at ur local napa bc this location is “independent not a corporation “Nice store however I went to return an unused product in box with receipt I purchased at another location(Williamstown). Was told immediately I wasn’t able to return it because “williamstown” store is corporation and they are “independent” so I have to go there. But besides the point i don’t leave reviews this is my first review ever felt like more people needed to be aware so if ur not local to this store I wouldn’t buy anything. I worked in a parts store for years and returns are the very common so take this as food for thought if ur iffy about the product good luck. Staff member wasn’t very friendly either.

It was great Napa n their team of quality no how associates had everything I needed to get my car from broke to fixed ..I will be going back to handle another fix n I am sure they will handle each one of them like a pro..to bad they don't live in my garage ..then again if I see it on line all I do is call the Guys At Napa No How..n it's delivery on the spot..Hey Napa Thanks for all that you do..

Big parking lot, clean store and surrounding area. Staff was nice and helpful. Would reccomend. I drove from about 30miles away to go here.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff and they have ninety-nine percent of what I'm looking for.If they don't have it they can get it within a day or two. There delivery service is the best .
