“So my phone was factory reset from my exes phone because he didn't know it was mine connected to his and he did it thru Google to protect his phone. I tried for 3 days to get back into my main email account I use for everything and nothing I tried worked. I decided to go to the store near where I was at and the lady that worked there was freaking awesome. She was able to get into my email somehow and reset everything so that I'd be able to do it going forward. I tried everything I could possibly think of to get Google to let me into my email so that I could get my stuff put back onto the phone. But no matter what I did, I could only get into my 2 emails at really didn't have that much info on it. So it was not helping me at all because all of my apps are connected to my main email. So I could not get into anything on this phone. It was awful. She was like a cell phone magician and I owe her greatly.So I recommend this at&t store to anybody needing assistance”

One employee spent a good amount of time with our new purchases as the employee handled many other walk in customers and telephone calls that came in. Each employee was efficient.
