For the most part Mike was very good. The problem is this. Bought a 2012 Green Mazda. Seemed fine but noticed the steering made a noise as I backed into my garage. Would vibrate at 60. Took it to the shop to have it looked at. They said it was the electronic steering part. Cost for the part from Mazda $600. Labor was 4/5 hours. Total cost $1400. I can't say they knew about it but can say they didn't look closely or sold it like that. I'm selling the car as I'm not going to start fixing it as soon as I bought it. Will not buy used again. New or Certified. Disappointed as the car looked great but with $1400 at the start changed my mind. Live and learn.

Took it in for a repair which was completed. However, they broke something else and wanted to charge me for it.When a working piece is removed from a vehicle for access, and the part is reinstalled and not working it was damaged by the person working on it. The vehicle has no headlights. It did before I brought it in. No discussion of payment ever occurred. Labor charges were never mentioned.

Bought 2008 f150. Truck was in excellent condition. Mike was very helpful on helping me obtain finance. From the moment we started the transaction to the end the experience was great. We keep checking because wife is looking for something new for herself. Def doing business there again.

What can I say this place is amazing, The owner never let's you down. The work he has done on my vehicle is always done right the 1st time and the price is reasonable.I've purchased a few vehicles from them great cars, runs so smoothly. I won't got any where else you can't get this kind of service from anywhere else. A friendly atmosphere and quality work.

I bought a used car from here and from the start service stability system light was on. Two weeks ago the car's transmission blew. From the start my family told me I bought a lemon. Would never buy from here again.

Recently bought a vehicle from Hammonton Auto Exchange. Mike and Rick were seemingly nice. When test driving the truck I noticed the check engine light was on, I let both Rick and Mike know this, they said the problem would be fixed before purchasing the truck. The reality was they only reset the MIL and didn't repair anything. The AC didn't work, well they replaced one inexpensive part instead of the AC compressor that is leaking oil. Shame on me for not realizing this. The real shame is on this small car dealer defrauding people, let the buyer beware .... unfortunately the best in people is sometimes their worst.
