Dunken was awesome. I had a charging issue for months now, and he cleaned the port, rather than replacing it. No charge at all because I ended up buying a new phone case from him. I recommend him highly.

My iPhone would not charge. I called Dunkens on Labor Day Monday. He normally is closed. He opened up his store so he can fix my issue. It turned out it was only dirty at charging port. He could have easily told me he needs to replace port and charge me more. Very honest and goes out of the way. I was only a stranger. I strongly recommend him to all. Fair and honest person. He is an asset to the community and to anyone who goes. He reminds me of a traditional bodega. But he is not Latino. But he is a good person that deserves your business. Please support him. I will pass the word. . Again I thank him. He is great. We need more business people like him.

I go to Dunken anytime I need my kids iPads fixed. He has fixed them numerous times and at a very reasonable cost. I won’t take my stuff anywhere else. He did an amazing job everytime

The best place to ge to get phone repairs, he is so reasonable and a very nice person. He has done several repairs for me and I recommend him to anybody for repairs, could not ask for a better place to go, he is very respectful and very good at his work.

First time here, and certainly not my last time! I can’t wait to do business with Dunken again! He was extremely friendly and helpful, and fixed our phone for an extremely reasonable price. We didn’t think it was going to be fixable. 10/10 would recommend.

I dropped my phone and broke it and it wouldn’t turn back on. Dunken came to the store while it was closed to help me with the emergency, and prevented me from having to buy a new phone! More the fairly priced, extremely friendly, and we will definitely do business again!

I’m a snowbird and whenever I’m in this area I use Dunken for anything to do with my phone. Even my husband used him to just take a look at his phone because it wasn’t charging right. Duncan is so honest he went in the back and cleaned it and didn’t charge him. Besides his ability to diagnose, he’s the most honest person in this business. I had to use someone else in Florida and they took me for some big bucks. If your phone just needs something basic, he will tell you that and do whatever is needed to fix your phone. If it needs something more complicated, he will know and fix it properly at a fair price. I wish we could clone him and bring him to Florida! Thanks Dunken for your expertise and honesty!

My husband and I visited "Dunken's Place" in search of a new, affordable wireless carrier as well as to gain some insight into which of our existing cell phone(s) were worth keeping and/or activating. Although there weren't many options at Dunken's to choose from, we were given valuable info that was much appreciated bc we needed some up to date education in this area of expertise! Dunkin's Place has a lot more to offer than just cell phone service. They have a lot of unique cell accessories and other adult oriented goods that aren't available in other stores.

The man came in - on his day off - to do an emergency repair on my daughter's phone. Done in 20 minutes. Dunken is the man!
