After another punctured tire over the weekend, Chrissy called me Monday and told me the tire was not repairable and had to be replaced. So I thought about getting one new tire for my 2021 GMC pickup, but with 42,000 miles that didn't make much sense to me. on Tuesday I called Chrissy and we decide to replace all 4. I told Chrissy we're in the peak of air conditioning season and I need my truck every day and yesterday I was not comfortable parking at a new construction job site in Ocean City since I was riding with no spare. I had to park 3.5 blocks away. She said no to worry she would get them delivered and call when she had them. Chrissy called me Wednesday morning about 11am, the tires were in and if I could come in Thursday or Friday they could get them mounted, balanced and align the front end. Well, I was booked solid both days with multiple out of town appointments. I told Chrissy that we were working in town today and this afternoon was my only option this week. she paused for a moment and told me if I could get my truck there 12 noon she would wiggle a couple things around and get me done that day. Incredible! I felt like a NASCAR driver getting 4 sticker tires and a tank of fuel in 24 seconds! Truly impressive! #TEAMCRESCENTKeith Galletta, Customer for 40 years

The Crescenzo family has been taking care of my family for 70 years, my grandfather in the 1950’s would get tires from Crescent, I did business with Jimmy, and now Chrissy at the Egg Harbor Road, Hammonton location. They provide excellent automotive service at very fair prices. An excellent organization.

I have been going to Crescent Tire for 10 years. The shop is a family owned business ran Chrissy, a woman who truly values the relationships of her customers. In the past I always felt that I could be taken advantage of at mechanic shops because I did not understand how cars worked. The lead mechanic at Crescent, Chris, had educated me over the years & always explains in detail what's wrong with my vehicles. I am a single woman & Chrissy, the owner understands that I have to live on a budget so she always works with me to understand what the cost of the repairs are going to so that I don't get any surprises. Besides knowing that I am getting great service for a good value, it is such a friendly and positive environment. I look forward to walking in the door because I know I am going to be greeted with big smiles from Chrissy, Rose (her Mom), Robin & Chris. Gone are the days of being a young woman a little intimidated to walk into a dark, greasy shop not knowing what's wrong with my car and scared of how much it's going to cost. I highly recommend Crescent Tire in Hammonton! The Crescenzo Family is the trusted brand & very woman friendly!

I am so happy that I decided to go to a local place like Crescent. They're pricing on tires was the best that I found after I had called 3 other places, comma and they said that they do free rotations which is a pretty big deal since a lot of dealerships charged just for that. The one lady there named Krissy was very helpful and very efficient and extremely nice. When I went in it had a Hometown family feeling to it but you never really find in a lot of shops. I would highly recommend checking this place out if you need any work done on your car. I will definitely be going back the next time I need anything done as well.Services: Tires

I have been using Crescent for all my car maintenance, and tires for many years. The one thing you can count on is they will not try to sell you anything you don't need like brakes, tires, etc. Very professional, and honest.

Top notch mechanics and staff. The kind of auto service people are looking for at reasonable rates. Bear in mind that with the quality of service provided it's not a place where you can just drop in and have your vehicle serviced right away, they are in high demand and there is a waiting period so you just have to wait until it's your turn, but also know that you can be assured that the work will be done right the first time and they do give you options as to what you want done after they determine what is wrong and what's best for your vehicle. I highly recommend them.
