They only take cash, which some businesses are doing, but they dont give receipts. I had them fax something for me which came to 5.95 plus tax. Tax should have been about 39 cents, but they charged me a total $7.00. That's 66 cents more than they shouldhave. Their a little shady.

We have had the pleasure of working with Ben, Michelle and Rocky for over 4 years. They are all very pleasant to work with and professional. Anytime we call for service, they show up promptly and fix the problem at a reasonable price. We couldn’t be happier with the copiers we’ve purchased and services they have performed for our office.

Our thanks to Abbiamo copiers for their help after our devastating fire. Our offices were lost as well as all of our arcade and attached Dairy Queen and Hamburger Construction food businesses. We were able to get a satellite office set up and Ben was so helpful in obtaining and helping to install our new copier. We have worked with Abbiamo for many many years and always had excellent service when we had a problem. Ben is a great asset to their company, and again we would like to publicly give a word of thanks for all that he did to get our office up and running in such a short time following the fire. We appreciate their service and business ethics.

I have doing business with Mr. Ben (from Abiamo), for the last 10 years. I have bough different printers for my small accounting business. his equipment has served its porpoise with excellence and quality. the best price available and to my budget. immediate response and Mr. Ben has great customer service.I will recommend Abiamo for your printer equipment needs.

BUYERS BEWARE… In March of 2019, I purchased a copier from Ben. I decided to buy from Ben because he was local. When I purchased the copier, he said if I needed anything, he would be able available. Well, once he received his payment, Ben’s attitude and demeanor changed. His contract states there is a three year satisfaction guarantee; which is a complete lie.In July of 2020, I called the office because the copier was printing out grey. When I copied invoices or contracts, they could barely be read. We called the office, we spoke with Michelle who tried to sell us a $500 service contract to have the copier looked at. I explained that we purchased the copier about a year ago and questioned if this is typical of a reconditioned copier. Michelle compared it to going to the dentist for a teeth cleaning – If I would have known I was going to be changed $500 for a service contract, I would have never purchased this copier from his company. What happened to my “THREE YEAR SATISFACTION GUARANTEE?” I asked for Ben to call me back.When I didn’t hear from Ben I called again who insisted he had no idea I called; however, caught himself in his own lie as he spoke with me. Ben stated my service was up 3 months ago and I would need to pay the service fee if I wanted copier looked at. He was extremely unprofessional; stating that he will come over for a cup of coffee, but not to look at the copier and aggressively stated he would not lose sleep over this phone call. He already had my money, so his three year satisfaction guarantee meant nothing.I called another company to look at my copier and they were at my office the next day. I learned that Ben and his company sold me a copier with generic parts, which is why the copier wasn’t printing as it should have. Ben from Abbianmo is a FRAUD who makes his money by replacing copier parts with generic parts. He will try to lock you into a service contract, knowing the copier sold will need to be serviced yearly due to the cheap parts he puts into his machines. In all of my years in business, Abbiamo Copiers is one of the worst companies I have ever done business with. You cannot trust this company. The product you are promised is not what you will get.
