I have a samsung galaxy 23 ultra and the suggested fixes online were not fixing the problem. We Fix It phone repair was able to correct the issue quickly and gave great advice to prevent it from happening again. Very pleased

This repair shop was a godsend!… my older phone lost its ability to charge and was dead. Batteries and Bulbs said it needed a new port and they had one in stock for my very old iPhone. They took care of it in a few hours for me and the phone is back to working like new. Thank you Jasmine who was so helpful and knowledgeable and professional!This store provides many other products and services. So glad I found this place… I highly recommend!

Booked an appointment online, came in and dropped off my phone for screen replacement and it was ready at the time they asked me to pick it up. Seamless experience end to end and a fair price. Highly recommend!

They only fix a few types of phone screens. If it's not listed on the website ,they don't repair it. Was disappointed that my son just purchased a phone 3 weeks prior and it's not a brand they repair.

They couldn't help me but the staff was very knowledgeable. I learned the Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra case color comes into play with a cracked screen because the side bezel is attached to the screen. I have a burgundy case so nobody stocks my color versus a black bezel screen everyone does stock. No more different case colors for me with the current Samsung Galaxy design

I brought my iPhone 11 here with a completely broken screen, touch and everything was completely broken. I did the appointment online to save 10 box. I got there and a very nice lady told me that I will be ready in 45 minutes, so I went to the shopping center across the street and waisted the time there. Exactly 45 minutes later came back and the phone was ready. She took my 10 off without even mentioning it. It has been 2 months and I constantly drop my phone due to my 2, 70 pounds dogs always jumping on me, and the screen still looks like new. Very very happy with this place
