Always always mess up my order, usually forgetting to put something on there that I clearly ordered, as the sandwiches have tickets with the directions of which ingredients, don't understand how this has happened on multiple occasions, chalk it up to lack of care and effort

I had to write a review because of one of the deli workers. We love going to Wawa and we especially love Anthony. He is friendly, helpful, happy and fast. Even under pressure he does his best. We wanted to make sure he was acknowledged for this. You guys have a great employee.

The place is clean. Has great food and has very friendly staff.I am updating my review for this Wawa. I do enjoy Wawa food and beverages often. With that being said. I have been frequenting Wawa more lately because I started doordash as a second job. I have never had so many issues and confusion placed upon me before when simply picking up a door dash. At Wawa I stood and watched this employees mix up orders, and didn't want any input from the doordashers and did NOT want the other employee to clarify or to speak to her or say anything. Funny thing is all the customers were being very chill and accommodating to her during her melt down. We stood and had to listen to staff fuss at each other and give away the wrong food then blame "each other and folks waiting" for taking it. It was a whole mess. I was so shocked, I started video recording after witnessing this mesa to show management for training purposes. However, I became undecided as I wouldn't want anyone to use it as a reason to terminate the employee. She needs more training and maybe a different task to do. She shouldn't work the counter, nor manage orders for customer orders. Her coworkers were appearing to be affected by it also which could cause staff retention issues due to people quitting.

a family member went to go order a mac and cheese in person because we had previously doordashed and it was missing. when she got there she was informed why it wasn't there because some sort of shipment to the store was delayed (which makes sense), but upon asking why the store didn't just refund it when they received the order, or notify us at all, the female worker started asking "why she was giving attitude". There was no way we could have possibly known this information without going to the store since we didn't get the info through the app, and my family members approach was that of confusion, not 'attitude'. This workers behavior was completely disgusting and immature. they should not be working in service and need a serious attitude check themselves.

I like wawa, and I'm a regular customer, I tried the pizza today after all the hype, and I can honestly say it's the worst pizza I ever had, I could've paid half and got a 711 pizza which tastes way better, or just went for any if the pizza chains. Don't waste your money, this pizza really needs to be discontinued, that how bad it is.

This store has the worst customer service in the world.I stopped in the get something to eat after I was done working and the woman behind the deli counter was the rudest person I have every seen in the food industry… yelling at people,using fowl word and treat everyone in the store at the time like trash I have lived in hamilton my whole life and I own a restaurant and those people are the worst and most unprofessional people I have ever seen and I will never step food inside that store ever again and I live one block away….. you need to do something about the staff there asap….
