Horrible service, my script has been ready for a week. When I arrive, it's no longer there. I was told walmart pharmacy will hold my script for 10 days. Nothing but lies, excuses and bad services from the walmart pharmacy.

If zero starts was an option they deserve it ! It’s literally 1:40 on in the afternoon and they text me like 20 minutes ago that my mothers prescription is ready that she’s highly dependent on . I show up there’s one person in line and I walk up as soon as they leave and the lady starts shutting the gate saying “we’reClose” with the nastiest attitude and then I’m just standing there wondering how to let my mom know she won’t get her medicine for like a week because I have to go out of town thank you Walmart if something happens to my mothers health you’ll be sued

I tried to refill a script that my insurance only covers once a month a bit too early. I normally pay about $10, then I saw that it was ready for $75 and I knew that insurance didn't cover it. I waited towards the end of the month, gave the pharmacy a call and asked them to try to run it through my insurance again. They refused to run it through my insurance again and tried to tell me the script is usually $135 and $75. I canceled the script and immediately requested a refill online at the Nottingham pharmacy. And what do you know, it's ready today for $10.69, the price I usually pay. Not only did they try to rob me of $65 but left a type 1 diabetic without his medical device for 2 days. Will never go to the Hamilton Market Place pharmacy again. They do not care about their customers.

Normally they are really good about answering the phone so I can place my order for my prescriptions. But they wont answer the phone. When they do answer the phone they wont respond and just hang up. I don't like having to walk into walmart and order my prescriptions then have to walk around for more than15 mins just to pick up my meds. I like to call ahead walk in pick them up then leave... But here recently their service has been absolutely poor.

Worst pharmacy ever, I thought the problem was my doctor, I almost switched to a different one because I have several issues with medications. I went to my Dr's and they faxed one prescription to them in front of me and another one to another pharmacy. I went to Walmart and they said they didn't receive anything, went to the other pharmacy and my prescription was ready. So my doctor called again and nothing, next day called again they faxed over the prescription again and called, nothing. Today 10 days later went to the Dr. again (I couldn't believe the pharmacy was the problem) after driving 35 minutes they faxed over in front of me, waited 20 minutes called pharmacy and guess what? nothing, Tried again and finally 1 hour later they received my prescription, when it will be ready? 4 hours!!!. I had been there before and sometimes they are not doing anything, but they still tell you 4 hours, if you start making a show and screaming they tell you to wait 10 minutes. Changing all my prescriptions somewhere else, even if I have to pay more. Worst pharmacy ever.

I loathe Walmart with a seething passion after the experiences I have had recently trying to purchase a straight talk phone. The staff is uneducated. There is much ignorance amongst the staff and pure laziness. Trying to call electronics department is almost impossible, after 10 mins you're lucky if someone picks up the phone. You're gonna be transferred back and fourth from customer service to electronics until someone can't stand hearing the phone rings and decides to answer. If you're lucky they'll tell you the phone you need is in stock. (One time they told me it was but upon arriving at a store an hour out of my way, it was the wrong service provider) tonight tho, they did have the phone in stock. We arrive at the store and they have an employee that's wet behind the ears with his diaper full of s**** He begins to tell us he's not allowed to sell us the phone. After driving 30 minutes to a store (oh we were at 2 different Walmart's earlier in the day attempting to get a phone but they didn't have it in stock)I ask for him to get someone to the counter to over ride this new rule I've never heard of. Eventually 2 more people show up and both listen to the new kid and claim they can't sell the phone because it's a contract. Straight talk isn't a contract. Another person shows up and says they can sell the phone. And then this kid, the new employee, proceeded to tell the other 3 employees that he can't sell unlocked phones either. I asked since when and no one could answer me. My boyfriend insists we leave because I'm about to start throwing gift cards up in the air like confetti. We begin our journey home and I decided to call the Lumberton store and they have the same run around with the phones...eventually Jacob answers and I ask what his thoughts on this are and his response is that they HAVE TO SELL US THE PHONE!!!!! I'm fuming. Currently I have been on hold for 10 mins trying to call them back. Whatever. This company makes 5 billion a fkn day and they can't sell me the fkn no contact phone. I don't get it. I hate Walmart. Ps....i wrote this while on hold.

My favorite Walmart, self checkout is always open.

This is a hit or miss Walmart. Most often the selves are empty of what I am looking for. Yet, there is always an employee taking up a good part of the aisle stocking shelves. The other part of the aisle is being taken up by folks parking their electric scooters in the middle of the aisle as they check their lists. Or family groups walking 5 abreast down the aisle. I will say if you can find an employee MOST will walk you to the item you are looking for. There are a couple who it is too much of a bother. Yes, some do not speak English. Check out is always a problem. LONG lines and only 1-3 checkers open. Same with self check out. Long lines and always 2-3 machines down. MOST of the check out staff are ok but man when you get one of the bad mood babes you just want to leave the cart and run. And don't mess with the women at the front desk/returns etc. Just don't mess with them. Bathrooms are always in need of cleaning. They exit guys are always nice. I don't know. My husband and I consider our weekly trip to Walmart a real chore and we try to get in and out as fast as we can.

After 2 other nightmare attempts at Cherry Hill and Lumberton NJ auto centers, I finally made it here and the service I received from the staff was excellent! The service tech Langdon was super helpful and the supervisor Jonathan got my road hazard replacement dealt with and tires replaced in excellent time. This will now be my go to for my cars tires. Thank you for providing such great service and making up for the other two locations.

I hate this Walmart, they NEVER answer the phone, the manager Danielle is rude as hell, and no one is the store can EVER help you, half of the people walking around can't even speak proper English to understand your question.
