Horrible....4 tires bought on line and mounted...could not give a full receipt...??Vehicle shaking on highway at 65 mph....took back at 400pm...needed to be rebalanced...techs refused to work...too close to leaving time at 600pm...what???...told to go to East Windsor...Hamilton is horrible...East Windsor polite and accommodating ...

This place is too hit or miss - depends what employees are there. The work is good and prices are fair (when they have the time to do it) but good luck getting in. They never answer the phone, so as a customer you can never even call ahead. I would suggest avoiding and pay the extra 25$ for jiffy lube servicesServices: Tires

I came in person to schedule an appointment for ONE tire and an oil change. I was scheduled for the next day. The day ofThe scheduled appointment they did not have the tire in stock and also were going to change all four. These people either have no clue what their doing or are trying to trick people to spend more money. Do not come here!

I had an appointment at the Walmart at the Marketplace to installed 4 tires that I bought from Walmart for Thursday May 4. I got a call asking me if I can reschedule since they didn't have enough t staff. I agreed and schedule for Friday May 5, at 5pm. I got a call saying that the auto shop had flooded if I can come at 4. I told them that I would try. I call to let them know that I couldn't get out to make it by 4. I rescheduled again for Sat May 6, at 8am. i got to the store at 7:30am and the shop with the supervisor didn't get in until 8:15am. I signed in and asked if my tires were in. The supervisor checked and said yes. At almost 9am the supervisor calls me and said that they only found 3 tires. I reminded him that he had verified that all my tires were in. He replied that he had told me yes my tires were in, but he never told me how many. And at this point, I was extremely extremely upset and very frustrated with the service on my car service that I was getting from Walmart. I asked him to please confirm how much it was going to cost me to get the tires installed since I was told they were going to be about $10 apiece at which point he replied that it would cost over $20 for each one. I explained that during rescheduling my appointment I was quoted about $10 apiece and he said to me that he would be more than happy to put my tires in the trunk and I can take them somewhere where they would be less expensive. By this time, I was extremely upset and really frustrated with the service or lack of that I was receiving from Walmart. I told the supervisor that I was going to write to his manager and asked him for his name and he replied it was Walmart.I have had several frustrating events at Walmart at the marketplace, including having two adults, approach me and take food out of my cart, but having an employee disrespect me and provide horrific service takes the cake!!

No one was here at 5 PM on Tuesday. We drove 45 miles but couldn’t install tires as employees leave early.Later learned from manager that technician came back to punch at 6 PM.Frustrating experience! Wouldn’t recommend until they get disciplined.

Had my car towed here with a flat for my appointment to install 2 tires which were ordered online and at the store. They cancelled my appointment and then said that the earliest they could schedule a new appointment was 2 days later. Then they said if I left my car here overnight they would have it towed. So I had to pay for another tow for my car to have another Walmart auto center install my tires today.

Trying to get oil change, they said they couldn't do it because short staff,and so many excuses, they are lazy ?, dont want do the job.

The guys took my car service on time and got the job done in timely manner. There are not enough guys in the tire center to pick up calls and answer phone I would recommend heading to the store for your service need or setting up appointment. Keep up the good work and Walmart hire more Techs.

Customer service was awesome I came into Walmart Auto Care center to talk to a sales manager his name is Taylor. The battery that I was going to purchase it was out of stock and Taylor told me to wait to see if theirs another battery coming in and finally here it is. Then my battery came in and he said he will do a discount on my purchase for my battery and it was free to put it in my car. Thank you again Taylor.

Hamilton Marketplace is Horrible!! The absolute worst! Do not bring your car here. Unprofessional. Don’t waste your time or go through the stress. Do your research if want to have an automotive center. This is the most substandard customer service you can possibly imagined or can’t imagine. Worker and girlfriend arguing. Save your time and peace of mind.

The worst manager watching hes phone one person working other two walking around make me wait for one hour for oil change after an hour they told me they have no filter for my car they can't do the oil change....
