The Pharmacy technicians - especially WHITNEY is to be fired. She is rude, has no customer service etiquette and quite disrespectful. I asked a question - and instead of answering - she kept on sighing on the phone as if she was being bothered- and put me on hold abruptly. She is giving Walgreens Pharmacy a bad reputation. She either needs to be fired or attend some customer service classes. She clearly missed a class or two during her schooling.

Today I was totally displeased with the new pharmacist Whitney ...she was rude and her telephone customer service skills was unprofessional and lacking. Wasnt understanding to my needs after waiting on the phone for a half an hour mind you.She even hung up on my boyfriend mid sentence. I expect more from my hometown pharmacy. Not to take away from the other great pharmacist that work there but Whitney needs more training. Hope to have better experiences in the future.

Clean and organized Walgreens but the employees are incredible and go above and beyond. The pharmacist, Linda, made me aware of a copay program offered by the manufacturer of one of my son's medications. I called and applied and I'm now saving $75 a month. She is kind and helpful. I'm very grateful. It's a great pharmacy and store!

A large Walgreens with free parking lot, a loyalty program, easy return with a receipt made by the efficient and courteous Walgreens associate Laura, etc. This Walgreens is located a short walk from a Wal-Mart, Smartstyle, gas station, the museum "Grounds for sculpture", etc.

My favorite Walgreen, staff is friendly and very helpful..the nurse calls up home and she check my parents out when they get a new prescription. They always help with a lot of coupons at the end the treat people the way it should be ..
