I had a disappointing experience at this pharmacy. The staff was consistently rude and unprofessional, which made the situation even more frustrating. To make matters worse, my medicine was not ready as promised, causing unnecessary delays and inconvenience. I hope the pharmacy can improve its customer service and reliability in the future.

I'm not sure who is the manager here. But I sure hope you start teaching your employees some manners. Most of them don't even greet you. No hello no how are you....it really makes a difference being KIND. Atleast acknowledge your customers who spend money at your store frequently. I know it sucks to work in retail, but human decency is a very minimal requirement. Especially when you're a pharmacy. Sheesh.

This is the only decent Walgreens in the area. I go here after dealing with abysmal service at locations on Route 33 and Kuser. First as POC, I don't feel discriminated shopping here. I have pleasant interactions with the staff and they honor discounts and coupons at this location without any arguments.I am not from the NE so I am accustomed to pleasantries like chill customer service. The staff at this Walgreens mirrors positive vibes.

I have been coming here for over 3 years and now will be changing to another location. The reason is that they keep changing the pharmacy staff as training is always going on. The new staff are put on registers without full knowledge on how to handle multiple scenarios. Today, when I got to the counter a young man tried to help but did he know how to ring up my 5 prescriptions with same insurance I have had and no problems on other occasions. I asked for someone else to help me and had to wait 30 minutes more to erring up all but forget one prescription on the counter and went away and rung again.I am a senior and have no patience for their lack of timely and correct work. Bye bye to this location as this did it.

The manager upfront was so nice , the reason I’m giving this place a one is because the lady that checked me out with red/pink eyeshadow was so rude to me , no greeting or anything she just kept saying your rewards card isn’t working , when i explain to her it’s okay i just want to pay she made me step aside and wait as she took other customers! This is the worst Walgreens to go to ! The best one is the one on rt33 best customer service , so welcoming and everyone greets you ! This cashier was so rude and unprofessional! Last time i ever go there !

This location has the most disrespectful and rude staff on their morning shift today(4/17/21). I witness a customer addressing their concerns about the store not having any disinfectant wipes to wipe down their carts to two staff members. I overheard a staff member replying to the customer after they walked away that it's not their fault. That was highly rude, not professional, and definitely not acceptable to hear. Just hearing that shows the staff can careless about the safety of their customers.
