Okay first want to say I'm visiting the pharmacy because I am not feeling well! No one goes to the pharmacy for fun.
I walk up no one else is there and wait like the sign says, lady at the desk doesn't even acknowledge me but I don't take it personally because she helping someone at the window. I continue to wait patiently. When the lady at the desk finishes with the window customer she calls me and out of no where another lady who I can't see just chimes in asking my last name. After I provided her my last name she says it will be ready at 10 (1 hour from the time I'm there). I reply like I'm here now I don't mind waiting a little and she said no because they just opened. Mind you this entire time I don't even see who I'm speaking to.
I have a splitting headache... I'm extremely drained from not feeling well and the prescription was for antibiotics. There was 0 compassion or professionalism. If it were me I'd of shown my face, done my best to expedite the order since there were no other customers waiting at this time, and been more empathetic/apologetic to the sick person I'm speaking with.

I get to this pharmacy on my break... no other customers here, i tell pharmacist what i need, she says "ok, give me ten minutes ". I wait 20 minutes, and in the meantime listen to her have a 10 min long conversation with one of her friends... i get up and go to counter again. She then turns around and tells me they dont have what i need and they will have to order... like...if i didnt get up and go to counter again, how long would i have been waiting for them to tell me they didnt have what i needed?unbelievable.... Changing pharmacies

Horrible customer service. Pharmacy closes at 6pm and closed on the weekends? Wack. Should shit down

It’s sad how I’m dissapointed to the point where I have to come on here and write this. This pharmacy is a mess. The pharmacy technician named Alex i believe- has no type of respect. He is always raising his voice and gives an attitude to my parents and I, maybe it’s just a my family thing? I DONT KNOW. His attitude is terrible. He is also very sassy and sounds so sarcastic! Alex if you ever read this, please learn to be kind to people who trust you enough with their medicine.

The Pharmacist by the name of Giuett is the worst uneducated and unexperienced pharmacist that I have every known in the area. She should be reported to headquarters for not filling the correct Dr. Scripts. I hope someone reports her. Avoid this pharmacy with cautions.

THIS IS THE WORST AND I MEAN THEEEEEE WORST PHARMACY I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERD IN MY ENTIRE LIFE !!!!!!! no one knows what they are doing, everyone is very confused i went in there to pick up my prescription and was standing there for AN HOUR !!!!! the girl was just staring at me .. there is two people working there behind the counter they need help over there FOREAL ! i call today to see if i can get my prescription sent to them from another walgreens after 45 mins on hold she finally answers and says \\\"can you call back we cant help you right now\\\" this place suckssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssss

Whoever the manager is needs to tell their employees how to wear a mask properly. 1 girl in there constantly has it under big nose. Also they have an old lady in there that is constantly coughing. As much as I hate going to CVS across the street, I will do so because they seem to have better health regulations when it comes to their employees and they have a self-checkout machine.

Do not go to this pharmacy! The staff & especially the pharmacists are horrible and give you the wrong advise on medication. The staff in the store are very nice. I miss the old rite aid. Stay away!!!

A great new location for the new walgreens. Located in the old riteaid building is your newest pharmacy for your convience. You can get your pictures developed and all your shopping needs done in this location. Plenty of parking available along with a drive up pharmacy. The store is clean and organized and ready for loyal walgreen customers.
