I have been considering if I should share my experience but I think my experience was unfair, I took the correct measures to contact this salon & was basically blamed for what happened to my hair so here I will share my experience, 6 weeks before scheduling a balayage appointment I came in & purchased products got my hair washed and a treatment, blow dry & styled. I spoke with someone about what I wanted done & scheduled my hair appointment for 6 weeks later after completing the “treatment” with the products I purchased, so my hair can be ready to get a blonde balayage just for 2-3 weeks later my hair was completely over processed and damaged, When I came in to “fix” my problem after being told I would just be charged $25 to chop off the damaged hair (more than half my hair off) I was still charged $85 after paying $560 + tipping a few weeks ago, not including what I spent the first time I walked in to discuss what I wanted done. I am not the type to argue, I just agree to what the professionals recommend but I did feel like this was not fair to me at all & after speaking to another hair salon owner they also agree.
Another thing I think was not fair was I called the day before for just an estimate not a exact price and was not given a price or call back as I was told, during my appointment to get the balayage I asked for a price 2 times was not given a price do to seeing how much product needed to be used, I think that was extremely unprofessional because it was definitely more than I was expecting to pay and although It was so steep for me I still paid and tipped because I believe in being fair although I felt like that was unfair to me, the issue for me is the fact that my hair was Extremely damaged & over processed and I still had to pay $85 after being devastated because I love to have my hair long and now I am unhappy with a short hair cut I am not happy with. What was the point of spending all that money to later have to chop it off & still pay when that was not my fault.
Not going back & not recommending this place to anyone. Only good thing I can say is the staff & owner are friendly but at the end of the day I am a client & my experience was not fair.
Update - of course they will justify by responding what i should have did, when I purchased products to protect my hair from this place, & was told if I used my iron for heat level to be on 200, which I barely did anyways, therefore the response does not justify the fact I spend close to $600 and 2 weeks later my hair was chopped off due to being over processed! Thats it & thats all. Plus all the good reviews are probably because they are telling people to do so, this was my experience though good luck if you go there for a “balayage”

These people do not know how to relax hair nor trim…. I came in for a virgin relaxer she started from the root to the end. I’ve been getting relaxer for years and then went natural. I know when it’s the first time u get it from the ends then the root. They started from the root to the end my scalp was badly burnt they also charge me for my ends to be clipped they nearly get anything off the end… I told the owner that my scalp was burn she said it’s not… woke up the next morning with my hair sticking to my scalp. I was not even refunded not even a little percentage.

I have been bringing my daughter to this salon for over 6 years. My daughter always gets her hair done by Evelyn, she is very gentle with my daughter hair and she always has her hair looking so beautiful. If anyone looking for a good hairstylist here at Verobella Evelyn is definitely one you would like to do your hair just for a wash and blowout.

My hairdresser moved out of state. Thought I give them a try after seeing some of the pics they have on IG.
Showed them a pic of the color I wanted blonde highlights on my medium brown hair and to my surprise ended up with copper highlights and lighter brown base. She stated my natural pigment was red thats why it didn’t take, funny she said that I always got blonde highlights done on my medium brown hair with no problems. Lesson learned not to believe everything you see in IG

You can tell that Veronica is very dedicated to her business and her employees, and that she loves her job! Everytime I come in to get a haircut and (my brows done sometimes), I always leave satisfied with her work (which is something I've struggled to find for a long time at other hair salons). I 100% recommend coming here!

I always come here when I’m in a pinch for time. They accept walk ins and have extremely reasonable pricing. Leslie gave me exactly what i wanted. a beautiful platinum blonde. And informed me on how to properly take care of my new look. They are the only place around who can help you urgently. Love my experience every time. I will definitely be back!

This salon is my favorite place to get my hair done. Veronica and her staff take such great care of my hair made it look so healthy and beautiful . I'm very impressed with the service I received. Believe the low rating comments. Do not go here if you need a detailed cut, pixie cut, etc. Stylists admits she doesn’t know how to style and mold a pixie cut, and didn’t sound confident about the cut either. I have relaxed African American hair. After deep conditioning, I left with a wet head in 40 degree weather because I was told the pixie cut I wanted she couldn’t do. Waste of time. Nice enough to not charge me for the wash but at least let me dry my head. My stylist canceled and this shop accepts walk-ins. Once I saw the lack in diversity, I knew I made a mistake.

PROS: Customer service. The girl was very nice, unfortunately that doesn't make up for the lack of experience.
CONS: They tell you an initial price and in the end they charge you more. Their prices are not commensurate with the experience and work they do.
In the end I had to fix the color myself.
My suggestion is that they modify their prices according to the experience they have, or that they recognize when the job is not done well and at least try to compensate for the error.
Also, please keep your word when giving an initial price, it is not fair for them to charge more than what was initially agreed/quoted.
