I'm not sure how this store even has two stars. I came in asking about an upgrade and when told there was no inventory anywhere, I asked questions about inventory at a third party location. The headphone-wearing representative got extremely snippy and started assuming I was asking questions about getting inventory from them. When I asked for help ordering online to ensure I get my discount, I was told to call customer service and let them deal with it. He finally agreed to help me, snatched my phone and tried to click "agree" to run a soft credit check without asking me. Absolutely horrendous customer service.

They closed way earlier on Friday, the lady working that night, had locked the doors prior to closing and was talking to her friend. Isn't that professional, that lady sucked

I have never felt like a burden going into a cellphone store until today. They were in a rush to go home, not helpful, very rude to me and other customers, I have a phone place with Verizon. No one was helping me switch my phone they told me to go home because there Wi-Fi isn't strong enough??? They also no not except cash. 69$ phone case and I have to charge it. Stupid. I took my ass to AT&T and got a phone charger pop socket and an OTTER BOX phone case for 56$!!!!! I will be switching to AT&T, the customer service there is amazing and makes Verizon look like dog shit.

Stopped in to pick up a simple car charger, I was the only one in there, besides the 4 employees, doing nothing except talking about there motorcycles... sold me the wrong charger, then argued with me, that it was the right one.... What a joke!!! customer service was horrendous!!!
