I’ve been coming to this place for years and have never had a problem until today 7/21/24. I use the car wash at least every 6 weeks but I use the vacuums maybe every two to three weeks. Today I vacuumed my car and after finishing, I grabbed a cloth and proceeded to remove bird droppings on the passenger side door. That’s it, nothing more. There was a Spanish guy on a golf cart hanging around and it was obvious he was watching me. He approached me and said, “If you want to do that you have to go through the car wash” in broken English. I was floored. I told him I was just cleaning off the bird p**p on the car. He again said I had to go through the car wash in order to do that. It was very obvious to me that because I’m a female he had no problem telling me I wasn’t allowed to do that. Meanwhile, there were three other cars all in the same proximity doing the same thing but they were men vacuuming those cars. Two of those cars had NOT come out of the car wash. The next time I come here I’ll make sure my husband is with me. This is a private message to that guy: I don’t like the fact that you’re getting free medical insurance, collecting social security that WE AMERICANS have paid into, and getting all of the other free benefits our government has handed you.

This car wash does illegal charge of their costumers. I bough one month membership for car wash and never choose to auto renew my membership, but after one month they start charge me automatically for renew. It is shame.

I was in line with 25 cars this past Saturday , The gate almost hit three cars in front of me [within in inches ] and after falling off twice , and I asked why ; told me to get out of here if I didn’t like it. and don’t tell me what to do “ First of all, how does a gate fall off the arm ? This is poor management and maintenance, this means at any time that heavy auto gate can damage a car. I know the facility has cameras and would get a lawsuit?
Jose put the gate back on the mechanical arm and walked away. It then fell again and most hit the car infront of me. I asked them to take the gate off while i passed in the second lane respectfully. He said no , and “don’t tell me what to do “ and to get out of here if I didn’t like it. I said I drive a 100k BMW and don’t want my car damaged and I’ve been a customer many years. My dash cam and other Cameras and 3 witnessing don’t lie, Concerned customer l
Jose is incompetent and has to go. I asked for his name 5 times and he finally gave it to me. The signs say enter at your own risk and that means Jose is the risk !

This way, first you vacuum and then you wash, the problem is that the car comes out wet and the drying sheets are in the dryer.

This wash is rough on your car. I’ve noticed scratches afterwards and it always bends my front license plate. They really need to figure this out and fix it!

DESTROYED MY CAR!!! I brought my pearl white CRV this weekend for a basic wash, and the hood of my car was destroyed. Big black specks of something all over. I had to hire a detailer who had to sand it, compound it and put a ceramic spray to repair it. I emailed with complaint and never heard from anyone. I would never bring my car here.

never had a problem with my car, now i have coolant leaking and and an overtorqued drain plug. let machines wash your car, otherwise avoid.

Pretty decent place fewe vacuum that actually work. If you take the inside lane you have a very tight turn to get into car wash. The car wash itself does a decent job but always knocks my mirrors out of adjustment. Even if I try closing them before entering.
