i think the workers here purposely want to get fired to collect unemployment pay (they were rude to me and circled the survey link on my receipt?)
line here is too long and the other workers do not want to work. rude and follow different rules

I’m not one to leave reviews but this is about my third time in here and I’ve had nothing but RUDE clerks. Michele was so dismissive and instead of answering a simple question she just kept telling me to move and slide over and yelling “next” while I was standing in front of her politely asking a simple question.

My time would be well spent if I just went to another Post Office because these workers are rude and have very stinky attitudes.
Idk how many complaints they have to receive before something is done about it.

I'm sorry I don't know the name of the man who helped me in this email from Mays landing NJ, I'm very upset, there are people who can't work with clients, the problems at home they bring to work and the clients have to pay for what happens to them. I went to take a photo for my passport. The gentleman who helped me was very arrogant. The photo he took of me was not useful for my passport. Now I had to wait longer to receive my passport because I had to send a new one. When you go to this email, make sure the Take care of the women, I will not go to this office anymore.

Had an appointment for passport renewal and the appointment mysteriously disappeared. I was turned away with two workers there and it wasn’t even busy. They were rude about it too.

This post office is terrible. The clerks are rude and lazy and give misinformation. I asked a simple question about which box to use for ground shipping, and i was told it didnt matter which I used, since I would get charged by weight. I ended up picking priority box which is more money than brown box ground shipping. I spoke to the manager to complain about his lazy rude clerks who gave me wrong information. The old African American lady who's always there needs to retire asap! She's got the worst attitude and I've seen her insult and back talk to other customers who need help with stuff. The other reviews are right, this office has nasty rude clerks who hate their job and you for coming in! Do yourself a favor, stay far away from this awful post office. I've been to other post offices all over Jersey and this location is by far the worst one.

They lied package was delivered I searched high and low it's nowhere even walked up and down the street. This is the second time my entire package has gone missing I will be calling the police. Taking people's mail/packages is against the law.

I go to this post office semi-regularly. Tonight I went in to send out a package and they would not tape it for me and that I would have to buy tape… I’ve brought in other packages that they have taped up for me no problem. Attached are photos of how tiny the box is to show how ridiculous this is. Don’t waste your time here with unhelpful staff.
