Kay did my hair & makeup for a wedding and I felt so beautiful all day and night! She was really fun to talk to and I walked out looking exactly how I wanted. I would go back to her myself if I lived in the area!

Not exactly my kind of store. Definitely overwhelming. The staff was somewhat friendly although some seemed to give the evil eye lolOverall I got what I was looking for but I don't enjoy going to the store.

Kay did an amazing job on my hair. She was so friendly and professional. She was able to achieve the look I was going for and made sure the cut suited my face. Highly recommend her for all your hair needs!

Came here once for a color and never again.Went with the excitement of going from brunette to a dark root and atlantic blue middle and ends. Spent over six hours in the chair and left with soaking wet JET BLACK hair with weird tinges of purple and blue as a result. The weird thing was, I had seen the bleached result and it was blonde which would have been perfect for the blue. However, after a wash in the basin my entire hair was jet black. The stylist, Kaycee, assured me that this was not the case and it was just the lighting. It most definitely was not the lighting. Better yet, the salon was about to close so I had to make my way to the cashier to pay before I even got to see the end result (which I knew anyway that it was messed up but a part of me hoped and prayed for a miracle). Painfully I was asked if I wanted to tip! Came home $208 lighter and incredibly upset at the pure frustration of now having to sort out my problematic hair color. Via text message I was told it was a 'learning curve'What was a learning curve? The fact that my hair is now jet black with no real explanation?Kaycee then proceeded to block me on all of her social media channels.Safe to say, I called the very next day after the disaster and got a full refund from the salon manager who I have to say was very nice. They did offer to fix it but I'm not stepping foot in Ulta Hamilton again. Even the hairdresser's that I did go to weeks later to sort out this monstrosity could not work out what had been done. FOUR hair stylists looked at it.I'm like to think myself of a nice, reasonable kind person. I don't complain unless there really is an issue here. And there was a huge issue here. Avoid.

Kayce in the hair department did an incredible job on my hair. For years, I have struggled to find a hair artist who can actually do blonde. She nailed it. My hair was fully foiled and toned so well. I love that it was super soft when I left also. I will never go anywhere else.The best that there is.

I was approached by a very helpful young lady, with a long black braid, who helped me find the perfect shade of concealer. She's is an asset to the store.

100000% recommend Kay at Ulta!! I'm extremely picky with who I go to for hair. Mine is extremely thick and curls underneath much more than on top. I've followed Kay to a few different salons and as long as we're both within 4 hours of each other will continue to follow her wherever she goes! (Currently loving she's at Ulta since it's super close to me!) This year since seeing her I started out super dark hair color, I've attached the first before, after first session and what I'm currently at. I adore the fact she's not super pushy and ALWAYS makes sure she understands what I want to do and explains everything! As much as I would have loved to go super blonde highlights to hide my grays being educated on what is and isn't possible in 1 sitting made absolute sense! Who would want to willing kill their hair and not have it look top notch? Kay takes her time and is a perfectionist! If you're looking for a great, laid back stylist, she's your girl! Dont wanna chat during your session? Not a problem. Have to bring your kid? Not a problem. She's just absolutely amazing and I can't say enough good things about her! I'm already looking forward to our next session!!

Had the absolute BEST EXPERIENCE with Kaycee, in the salon. She over delivered and explained the entire process with my hair and even suggested what would have looked better, as I had no clue what I needed or could achieve. My hair has never looked and felt better.If you’re looking for a balayage specialist in the area, I HIGHLY recommend her.

Kaycee absolutely rocks!!! She goes above and beyond to please the client and that speaks volumes. Cant wait for my next service i'd give 100 stars just for her. She is a true gem and ulta is so lucky to have someone so talented as she is.
