They fixed my pixel 6a screen but afternoon during submitting the phone, I was given customer receipt for $190 but in the evening when I came to pick up the phone, I was charged $223.They said they don't know why originally the cost was different but now it's $223.Check with them twice about the price before submitting your phone.

Went to fix my screen under warranty. Very prompt and quick fix was done. Within 2 hours the screen got replaced with 100% satisfaction. The person in charge is very friendly and knowledgeable

There needs to be a better, faster, more streamlined communication and set up process pbetween the store and Samsung. While in the store, I should not have been made to be on the phone for almost an hour and a half, talking to 3 different people (2 of which I could barely understand) to get a repair service set up. That was ridiculous. Understand however, that's more Samsung and Asurions fault for a lousy set up process, than the people at the store. All 3 store employees I spoke to were polite and appear to be knowledgeable.

Had a really good experience here. I had to get my phone screen replaced, and they were able to get it done in under an hour. Although they were a little busy when I left, they were able to handle everybody as they arrived easily enough.The store manager was really helpful in getting me received and getting my phone ready to be fixed, Even providing recommendations for phone care afterwards. He even went so far to apply a new screen protector to my phone after I purchased what he recommended.If you have phone issues, I'd highly recommend this place!

I was worried it would be expensive, but the tech was honest and straightforward and the service was extremely reasonable. I'll definitely be going back when anything breaks.

Very nice people that work there! Had an issue with a broken screen. Stopped in after making an appointment with my carrrier for service and they fixed the screen in a few hours with a smile! Very nice service and it was quicker then expected!

If you have any type of folding phone don't waste your time going to this place; they won't even touch them. They looked at my phone for literally 15 seconds and claimed they or any other Ubreakfix will not have the parts, so mail it to Samsung. My repair didn't require any new parts, basically they just didn't want to honor the warranty or touch attempt to fix the phone because it was too difficult. Waste of time. UPDATE: Notice their stock response with no rebuttal. Admission of guilt.
