So I had went there today to get my lobster claw fixed on my chain now and that it just needs a spring inside. They told me you can’t do that. You have to replace the whole claw. I said how much they said $400 so I said hell no I went back to where I bought it because I didn’t feel like going there and they fixed it for free and it would’ve been $30 for just a spring so you can just fix the spring in your lobster claw. Don’t let them fool you rip off bad business.
