I came here the other day and the young girl working there named Kaznie was very attentive and helpful. I was shopping for my nephew and she was very educated helped me find the perfect gift. Wish more people were as helpful in retail as she was.

Store is a mess. Clothes misplaced and sales unclear. Amber was such a rude sales person and accused me of switching items to obtain the sale.

Tilly's is an awesome place with the cutest stuff. The only thing I didn't like was that I ordered a backpack for school and it didn't come in time. I had to use my old broken backpack because it was late. That was kind of a disappointment because the website said it would come two days before school. Other than that Tilly's is great and I totally recommend.

Every time I come in here, the staff is always so helpful and does a great job at making me feel comfortable and welcomed in the store. (That’s a big deal for me since I usually get a lot of judgemental looks whenever I go clothes shopping... couple that with anxiety, and customer service can either make my day or completely ruin it.) They’re always so helpful and will personalize your shopping experience by setting you up in a dressing room with your name on it, and will even go run and find you a different size if needed. I have yet to have a bad experience in this store. Great job keeping customer focus, I love coming into Tilly’s!

I've been in the store numerous times and it seems like something unpleasant occurs each time. The staff/employees are unprofessional. This one girl in particular followed me around the store and wouldn't stop staring. It upset me so much that it makes me not want to come in ever again. It's surprising because the other Tillys stores I've been to, the employees have always been very kind and helpful. They're the opposite at this location. Judgmental and rude. Please train your staff better and to not make it obvious they're following customers around, it's extremely uncomfortable.
