This branch at TD Bank was a terrible experience. The lady branch manager was mean and the other lady sitting down when you come in on your right at computer was mean to. All I needed was a simple letter explaining that Im a TD Bank customer and need some relating information about my account. Go to the other TD Bank Branch at Quakerbridge Road they are the nicest there. I recommend them.

I've had account since core states went in last month asked for account paper work after 30 days of asking I got 2 years of it asked 2009 to present wouldn't recommend bank put your money in your sock to save before this bank. Been with bank 21 years banks bust I see why it has 2.5 stars 2 too many

am very disappointed in this bank in this particular location, 4 times I came here, there were long lines, I waited from 40 minutes to 1:20, my questions were solved very difficult, and today's situation proved that the employees here do not like the client!We came with friends with a small child to notarize a signature, we were told to wait, when 20 minutes passed, we asked again about the notary, but the answer was that the notary went to lunch and will be in 40 minutes (at 3:00 pm lunch?!?).Then one employee started to tell the child not to go there, even though the child was bored waiting so long! We left without receiving support and service!!! We went to another location and they did everything for us in 15 minutes!I will never go to that location again! I have had an account in this bank for 10 years, never had any problems until I moved to another era and found a bank nearby.For the first time I thought about closing my account in this bank.

My daughter and I just left the bank and I can honestly say the level of customer service and the personal attention from Ani was beyond exceptional! From the first greeting hello until she walked us out the door was excellent! We had a lot of things to maneuver around and the patience and assistance she showed could not have been better. The coworker next to her was also very pleasant and was just as helpful and patient with her customers from what I could see. I wish I got her name as well so I could compliment her by name. Overall the quality of customer service, attention and personal experience Ani exhibited was very impressive. Thank you for 5 star service!

17 people waiting in this bank. I’m in line now. 9:35am Monday morning. I’ve been in line for 19 minutes because they have one person at the counter and two at desks, one of which has been with one customer the entire time I’ve been here. She’s slow and unapologetic. Too few workers and the few they have are slow. Your time is not respected at this bank.

Arrived at this location at 8:30, ( had an appt. @ 9 3 miles away). Th I was the first car in the drive thru lane ( great, I thought). I don't have an account and am aware of the fee. The teller was nice and I handed them my check and 2 forms of ID. 5 minutes lapse and still no teller or money or update. I ring the bell to see what the issue is, the teller says " I'm waiting on the large bills", ok fine. Waited another 10 minutes, still no teller or updates. I ring the buzzer again, the then states " im waiting on my manager. Finally at 8:52 the manager came to the window, and told me they couldn't verify it. That was no problem either, the only thing the teller had to do was tell the truth about the delay. Im a reasonable person, I understand they have to verify the funds, but update the customer truthfully.

ATMs never seem to be working. Today I stopped to get money before the bank opened. Both the drive thru and inside ATM machines were out of service. TD Bank is anything but convenient for me.

Terrible location. Never enough workers. Be prepared to wait everytime you need to do anything at this bank, especially if you have to go inside.

Most convenient bank in America? I think not, can't even deposit cash or withdraw if not in the early morning or close to 3pm afternoon. This place is so unconvenient that honestly might have to switch banks because its been like this for months now and no improvement. Prefer todo business elsewhere.
