Don’t know where’s all the 5 stars comes from. Very bad customer service. Cannot find anyone if you need help. And the woman who works at self checkout is very rude to my family who can’t speak English.

Love Target it's a one & done stop. Have almost everything I need. This next visit was terrible. Must be the busy season as the employees were all goofing around in small groups (not all of course) The district manager needs to make a surprise visit & walk the store. Maybe it's just the seasonal employees?

They scam people here. In the electronics department they sold me "insurance for two years" on my Xbox controller but failed to mention its through an actual insurance company and all that target does is take your money and wipe their hands of the issue and tell you "nope you have to go through the insurance company and they'll mail you one." Why was I not told this in the beginning? I was told for two years if I developed stick drift I can come back and get another one. That was a lie. If you lie about a product you are selling that is FRAUDULENT MISREPRESENTATION and will hold up in court. I SUGGEST you get in touch with me before litigation is filed. I would not have wrote on the box reminding myself to take it back the day I bought it if I wasn't fed lies about being able to take it back to the store.

I went there to do a price match and no one knew how to do it. Then one acted like they did, claimed to be a manager, and messed everything up. I ended up paying more. To top it off they wanted me to purchase the product again and made me say, in front of a ton of people, that I had no money to buy something I already bought. And they made me do this repeatedly! Which is degrading and embarrassing!

Got everything I needed (forgot to get a STARBUCKS before I left, but guess it was more of a 'nicety' instead of 'necessity'). Was a little surprised that although it was going on noon, it was still self checkout only: no actual cashiers staffing any registers.Nice store, & friendly staff.

The reason I am giving such a low rating is that, during this particular visit to the Mays Landing Target, I was barely assisted by an employee. The reason why I use the word "barley" is because when I walked up to the Guest Services Desk to retrieve my online order, three associates were standing there, one was helping another woman and the other two were just standing there talking. After waiting my turn in line, I was waiting for one of the three associates to greet me which did not happen. Two of the associates walked right by me when the other guest left the line, they did not ask if I needed help, say hello, or anything; I was completely ignored. Standing there looking like an idiot, I decided to speak up myself because clearly, nobody cared to even notice that they had a paying customer standing right in front of them. After I said "hello, I have an online order..." and as I had my phone out and ready, still the associates did not acknowledge me AT ALL. They spoke amongst themselves, one said to the other, "ugh, I'm busy, you got this?" him referring to helping me with my online pickup. I was stunned. While the one associate left, the other stood there looking down at his hand-held scanner refusing to make eye contact with me as if I was dealing with a robot. I had my phone ready with the bar code on the app sitting there on the counter, standing there extremely uncomfortable as if I was a burden to the associate's life as if he wasn't getting paid an hourly wage. I do believe he was a shift manager as well because he had a different name tag than the other associates but I could be wrong. Anyway, finally, he scanned my bar code and walked away from me as I said "thank you" he continued to lack eye contact and turned his back toward me to go retrieve my order. This has never in my 27-year history of shopping at Target happened to me, EVER. The funny thing is, it wasn't even busy. They were all just standing there when I walked up, besides the one who was helping the other lady. I am just appalled because of the amount of disrespect I was shown during that trip. I have never been treated this poorly anywhere in my life, ESPECIALLY at Target.

Went in to by a vacuum. They have all their vacuums chorded together, which I understand. I pressed the help button. Waited 5 minutes. Nobody came. Pressed it again. Still nobody came. And then other people by us were also waiting and went to find someone. Someone told them they would be there shortly. 20 minutes went by and still no one. We left our cart full of stuff to go to the Somers Point target. Customer service needs serious help. Not to mention there is trash all over the shelves throughout the store.

Ordering online was quick and easy. The confirmation and "ready for pickup" emails were clear and precise. Pickup, returns and exchanges are all done at the same counter. The one employee working the counter was also bringing prepared orders out from another location in the store. By the time she was able to begin working the counter the line had grown to about 10 customers. No complaints about the employee; she was hustling! It just seems there must be a better way.
