Your store is a complete disgrace. Oh pick up your order and Ethan and another girl throw your stuff you ordered in a cart like trash. No one answers the phone in the store you have one cashier. What a mess !!!

They deserve a half of star! The upmost unprofessional target I've been in. They mistreat their employees and I've witnessed this first hand! They curse and bs around the entire store just to have everyone else feel less important. This store location is a joke ! Shannon, the one who runs protection for the store does more harm than good! This place needs to be revamped along with the people in it! Really sad!

Today, I purchased 3 items. Each was on a special price. Not ONE rang up correctly. The employee fixed two of them and I didn't have the time or inclination to wait to fight out the third. Weeks ago, I went to redeem an old gift card - which says right on it that it never expires. Some code you need to redeem it doesn't work. Again, the employee tried to help but could not resolve my issue. I called customer service. Useless, outsourced and a guy who couldn't do anything but read a script. Emailed customer service. Zip. I've never liked Target and now I really don't like it.

I've never had a problem with this Target, and I understand that it's harder now because of the pandemic. I accidentally bought the wrong product when I was in the store earlier today, so I called to see if I could return it. However, the phone rang for about 2 minutes before someone picked up. Then I was put on hold and then hung up on. I called two more times and no one picked up. I understand that the employees may be busy, but I also work in retail and we are never too busy to pick up the phone.

Store accepts on line orders that they are unable to fill timely if at all. Customer service desk said they are told to just apologize to the customer but there is no time frame for a customer to pick up their order. Totally unacceptable. If a store is so short staffed, it should NOT accept on line orders for same day pick-up. Taking advantage of consumers in a crisis situation. Shame on Target.

I usually have a pretty decent experience shopping with this Target. I am in the store nearly everyday because my second job is a few doors down from them. This last experience I had was terrible and left me feeling upset and embarrassed. Here is why. On February 14, 2019, I entered this location before going into work. It was around 10:30 am. I wanted to pick a shirt and jacket combination to put together an outfit for my Valentines date. I had plans immediately after work so that is why I came in at this time. I brought in a small gym bag with MY OWN pair of Ralph Lauren Polo shoes to ensure that the outfit color scheme would match up properly. I walked in, grabbed a cart and went directly to the men's clothing section. After trying on a few jackets and shopping through several shirts, comparing them to my shoes to make sure the colors complimented each other, I was satisfied with the color scheme I'd put together. I looked up to see a buff guy watching me but I thought nothing of it. The next section I went to was the Valentine's Day cards. I picked one out and headed to the Teddy bears and candy. Before I could get over there I see the same guy watching me again. Now I was a little annoyed but I am use to it because of the way I look it happens to me. So I get to the teddy bears and I'm looking at different ones and I see the man again! This time he's looking in my cart. I then notice he's wearing a security shirt. Now I feel harassed and uncomfortable. After I picked out my bear and candy I headed to self checkout. I rang up everything that I picked up and proceeded to pay my balance( $94.42). After I made my payment, a female associate walked up to me and asked if I had shoes in my bag. I saw the security guy standing behind her. I told her I have my own shoes in my bag because I'm matching up my outfit. She then asked me if the shoes are from their store. I told her no and that the shoes are from Polo. She asked to see and I showed her the Polo logo thinking that would be enough for her to leave me alone. No!! She then asked to see my receipts for MY SHOES!! I told her they're my shoes that I've had for months. They don't even sell Polo items in Target at all. She told me she needed to make sure that they weren't theirs and walked away. I got my stuff and left. There has to be a better way of going about addressing potential shoplifters because this experience was unacceptable. How is it okay to ask to look in my bag if you never seen me put anything in it. I didn't even stop at the shoes section. I didn't even know that they sold men shoes let alone Polo. How is it okay to cause that type of scene in front of all those other customers? It was several customer in front and behind me. I was completely mortified, upset and just down right embarrassed. I come to this store almost everyday because I work in the area. I've spent a lot of money there so I find it unbelievable that I was handled that way. If the guy following me had any suspicion that I was shoplifting, he should have addressed that issue differently. If that indeed is the protocol to ask to look in my bag as my receipt is printing out, you guys have to come up with something better. Also I feel like the young lady should have at least apologized or something. The whole experience ruined my day especially since a woman asked me what happened to me after leaving the store when stopped to get a coffee and bagel at the coffee shop adjacent to Target. Causing me to relive the embarrassing encounter all over again. I will be contacting someone higher up within the company.

We took a family vacation last week and stopped in Target to shop. I happened to see the pharmacy and I had wanted to ask a question. When I did, the pharmacist that was there on 6/16/18 around 2:30 pm and I can't remember her name, was excellent. She was so knowledgeable more so than my doctor's office, doctor or pharmacy at home. I wish I remembered her name. I was very impressed.
