I pulled into the gas station and pulled up to the closest vehicle I could. Instead of just coming up to my car. He waited until the other car was done and then made me pull forward to the pump he was at. That wasn’t the end of the world I just thought he could of walked 5 steps and filled me while he was filling the other car too. I then told him to fill me up with regular. He puts the pump inside my car and walks away. He then goes around the parking lot and is waiting for my tank to fill. The pump then started overflowing out of my tank and all over my car for a good five seconds he then just gives me my receipt. I ask him why that just happened and he mumbled some words and walked away. After this I went inside and asked for a manager the assistant manager, then brought me outside to go to the palm. Then he has the audacity to tell me that the puddle of gas was only about 2 gallons and probably not worth $10. I don’t think he understood that it wasn’t just the fact I paid for gas that I didn’t use was that the gas poured all over the side of my vehicle and my tires I would’ve liked a refund for half at least but the gentleman told me it wasn’t even worth $10. I will never in my life go to this rest stop again and I will never recommend stopping here to anyone. This is why you should be able to pump your own gas in New Jersey now I am driving home with the smell of gas all around my car, fantastic! F this place

Worst has station attendant ever, had an attitude with everyone. left a row of vehicles to sit for ten plus minutes while repeatedly taking me cars in another row. Got in front of me had had overflowing and I had to jump out, stop the pump and give that guy his card back.Tried to ask if he was going to come over, he made a ride comment and went back to ignoring us.Attendant never came over and next two cars in line left without gas.meanwhile the guy in front of me paid for 2+ gallons of gas that were all over the ground and the side of his car.In 32 years of fueling up all over the country, never have I had such a gross experience.

Shoutout to the Tire center!! I had a flat tire today and was so lucky to have found this Sunoco with auto repair / tire shop next to the gas station! Friendly customer service. The technician was very knowledgeable and hardworking! He patched a hole from the inside of the tire, lubed the wheel edges before putting tire back on, even aligned it, cleaned the threads on the lug nuts - all this work for only $24 !! Unbelievable. I was so happy and lucky today! Thank you!!!

I had to wait for an hour just fill up my tank. Do you know how frustrating that is? Either hire more people or make it self service so that we can do our business and bounce!

Got to watch these full service places, if you tell them a certain amount they don't always hear right. I asked for $5 in gas, the guy let it go to $30 he said he didn't hear me. I had to dig out extra money that I didn't have at the time.

My family and I were in quite a situation this am. We had blown a tire and had no choice but to pull over on the shoulder of the jersey turnpike. Luckily we were able to have AAA have Sunoco's roadside assistance help us out. Rob M, the night manager from Sunoco was so quick to answer the call. Super professional, and was super comforting as I had my pregnant wife and toddler in the van. I don't mind changing a tire, but the shoulder was super narrow, and with the traffic of the morning rush, it was quite a terrifying realization. Rob M then checked with the shop to see if they had a tire to sell us, so we didn't have to drive from Jersey to Mass on a donut. They had one for us!! He was able to get back to the shop, switch out the tire, come back and put in on for us. All within 20 mins!! I'm not religious, but Rob definitely had the presence of an angel as he came to our rescue. Words can't express the gratitude I have for this place and Rob, but I hope this helps.

We pulled right up to the pump. Waited several minutes for an attendant to come over. He took our credit card and started pumping. He then went to several other cars to start pumping and stop pumping. He washed one windshield. Quite a few minutes later he finished our pumping. I asked him to wash our windshield, he walked away, pretending not to hear me. We drove off and my wife noticed on our receipt that he hadn't pumped 1 full gallon. See first receipt. I drove around and pulled back up to the same pump. Same attendant came over, after I honked the horn. We showed him the receipt. He didn't apologize, he wouldn't pump more gas. I told him to fill it up, he said, only one time, no can do and pointed to another pump. We then had to drive to another pump to get a fill up. This attendant was nice and apologetic. I know mistakes happen. But we spent 5 times the amount of time I would have taken me to get out and pump my own gas. I'll never be back.

Gas attendants are super rude and literally will walk away while you're talking to them. Would absolutely not stop here if you can avoid it.

On on way home, we stopped by Sunoco for gas. We liked how it was full service. If your car or truck needs diesel, the diesel pumps are located behind the Sunoco shop.

The newly reopened Sunoco is a JOKE. And not a funny joke like "how many employees do you need to run a gas station? Apparently more than this". No, it's a bad joke like "what do you get when you open a brand new gas station and only FOUR of the SIXTEEN pumps are working, and the rest have trash cans in front of them as if to signal not only are they closed but also this place is an absolute garbage fire? You get the heck out of there and find another gas station.". See that's funny. But this place is a joke.

I have a love hate relationship with full service petrol stations. I’d rather pump my own gas but might not complain so much in the winter. Anyway, attendants were friendly and attentive when we went. I would grab stuff to eat and use the loo before you get petrol. It’s easier to pull out and straight onto the highway instead of doin a u-turn to park. They also have a service center.
