We have always received great printing assistance and suggestions for the quality we demand. Next day delivery is reliable and a "no brainer" when escaping the busy office is inconvenient. Wow! I just got off the phone with the copy center. The worst customer service ever. When I asked to speak to the manager the man Aaron said he was the manager. Will a manager like him I can now understand why the customer service was lacking. I was on the phone for 8 minutes trying to give a simple print order. He then instructed me to the website. I asked for him to walk me thru the process he said he couldn't and gave me an 800 number to call. Do yourself a favor and call the FedEx store in Northfield for your printing needs. The woman happily answered the phone, simply gave me an email to send my documents, and said that I could head right over and she would have my documents ready. Bye Staples. I frequent your store monthly but your terrible and disrespectful manager Aaron have lost my business forever.

The worse store ever!!!! Never enough staff and have to wait at UPS desk for sometimes 15 or more minutes for help. The heavy set African American girl is NEVER HELPFUL and never acknowledges you when you stand there!!!!! She is always sitting whenever I go there. Everyone else stands.

Worst atrocious customer service ever. I'd give them a zero or a minus rating if possible.Staff worker at printing section left me on hold OVER a half hour.He previously cut me off mid sentence and said that he'd get right back to me in a minute.He lied.It was over half an hour and no one had gotten back at that point.It just happened that someone else by chance happened to pick up that long awaited call..It's near impossible to get a hold of management.Needless to say, I plan on boycotting this establishment and begin patronizing their competitors instead.I finally did contact manager who said that he'd take care of the situation

This is the worst Staples I ever been. Zero stars for the WHOLE store staff. I walk in with my son, looking for an office chair for his office. We were there trying chairs, probably for a good 30 min. And when I tell you that NO ONE, NOOOO ONE ask us if we need it help. Employees pass us and ignore us. We were standing by the laptops, and NO ONE came to help either. UNBELIEVABLE. I spent $130 on a chair just because I needed it but will never ever buy anything at this place again. I should've gone somewhere else. Never again.

Niko in the printing pick up area was a incredible help this morning!! Not only did he help me, but he helped three other people at the same exact time and had a smile on his face the entire time!!!
