I’ve been returning amazon packages there in the past without any problems at all -but not recently. Last Sunday when got there, there were 2 customers ahead of me making returns. They were helped by the associate but when it was my turn, he just left me there without saying anything and went to another station. When I saw that he was helping another customer, I thought that maybe the other customer had been waiting there for some time already, so I waited patiently. After he helped them, he just went on doing other tasks! So obviously he was ignoring me because it has been some time already. I did not want to make a scene so thank God another associate arrived (he was the same associate who greeted me at the door) and helped me with my returns! I don’t know if the first associate refused to help me due to racial or religious discrimination but if he wants to be that way then he shouldn’t be working in customer service. This was the only unpleasant encounter I’ve had in Staples.

Their customer service is terrible. They need reconstructive training to improve their customer service skills. Specifically, the associates at the printing desk. Would not recommend this store. Princeton staples associates are far more welcoming.

Very rude people at the copy and print section, they get you waiting with no one greeting you or asking you for any help, they sure look like they are short staff and the employees look overwhelmed

Been using this staples for years to get paint by number sheets for my grandfather blown up. Today is the first time where they refused since it's a product of someone else's. Even though we now own the product since we just need it enlarged for my 95 year old grandfather to read it. Makes no sense and on top of off the woman with the double nose ring who didn't want to give name or have a name time wrong said you don't own it so we can't do anything. She was rude and condescending Even though the gentleman there just did the same thing for us last month. Never coming again to this location.
