Hello I’m ivyannah I’ve previously had a interview there and went to both I had got the job but I’ve been trying to email and contact the manger there to let them know my manager at my other job was now giving me a hard time with switching up my schedule out of no where because people where leaving I ended up calling and talking to a manger at the laundry mat to let them know I’ve been emailing she said she haven’t seen anything but recently emailed me back very unprofessional and disrespectful the way they talked to me was not okay and I’m a sweet heart they don’t deserve me at this job

My place to wash and dry. Great atmosphere, kid friendly and service dog friendly... Monthly giveaways... clean establishment... Great staff... very informative, aware of surroundings.

Very clean and was greeted with a big smile and a "can I help you " within seconds of walking in! WOW , Cathy was amazing and helped me step by step get things going! Would definitely recommend all aspects of this business.

Washer and driers work great. Just do not over stuff them so they properly wash and dry and add enough soap. Overall great laundry Matt but horrible owner vibes I enjoy coming to do laundry whenever Store owner is not there. She has 0 patience for customers and is very aggressive when she speaks to you. Her tone and demeanor is very off putting and makes me extremely uncomfortable. Shops closes at 8 but she couldn’t give me a few minutes to finish folding the last bit that I had in the cart. Instead she stood there and watched me put away my clothes. I felt like I was a child who was in trouble. I left with anxiety that night. I wish she would understand that her energy is very unwelcoming. Great establishment but she most definitely needs to work on her people skill’s, perhaps let the great ladies she has there run the place as is and just take a step back in the office. Will continue to go on days she is not there

The owner/manager whatever she is (older African American woman with short cut hair) is VERY rude. She told me I could not have the volume up on my cellphone meanwhile there are 2 flat screen TVs playing and loud dryers. My phone was loud enough for only myself to hear and everyone around me were minding their business folding/drying their clothes no one seemed bother by a show playing on my cellphone at a low volume. Very unprofessional she has always been rude though. As far as the actual washers and dryers most of them are out of order, the building is tiny everyone is squeezing past each other very uncomfortable and there is almost nowhere to sit because of the place being so small with so many people in it. The dryers do not dry your clothes fully even after spending $2 on each individual dryer. Other dryers at other laundromats are usually FREE. Welp not here!! It is extremely cold, barely any heat circulating throughout the building even with huge dryers operating nearby and the workers have a nasty attitude. Probably because they have a shi**y manager they have to work under and take orders from. I would not recommend anyone go to this laundromat. The staff is horrible and the prices are very high. You can get better and cheaper service elsewhere. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. DO NOT waste your time or money. This is my first & last time coming here. Never again!!Edit: After looking at previous reviews on this establishment, the fact that the “founder managing director” takes time to write paragraphs under each individual bad review is disturbing and says a lot about her character and attitude. Bad experiences and reviews comes with any business and the customer is always right. A simple apology is just fine. Debating some one else’s bad experience is disrespectful as a business owner in my opinion but that just goes to show how they do business here.

One of the worst laundromat’s do not waste your time coming here. The staff is very rude they do not know how to talk to people and clothes do not wash good not enough water. We didn’t even bother drying in this place!

Clean, organized, very nice helpful attendant. Unfortunately, almost all washers were full but that may because it’s well run and clean. Only suggestion would be to repair the machines that had signs on the front ( not in working order). I loved that there were dedicated PET machines - since I am not a fan of and am allergic to most animals.

First time here. Very clean, very comfortable, easy purchase of laundry card, pleasant staff and convenient location with a grocery store, pharmacy and pizza just a few steps away. I’m very pleased with my experience here!

Always clean, only place I take my clothes. Jenny is always on top of things so I never have to worry about the cleanliness. Happy weekly customer. ?Well guess this place is on a fast train to dirtyville. Don't know whats going on for the last month or so but I used to come here because it was always so clean. NOT ANY MORE If this place looks like it did Tues next week, I won't even stay. AND there was 2 ladies, Whats the story?

First time here and I actually enjoyed coming here. Staff greeted as I walked through the door and were kind to each other. Hours not the same listed on google so included below (which is fine) While most of the store was clean, the washers were somewhat dusty on the outside (photos below). Probably just need to be wiped down. Pricing is very fair and dryer exceeded my expectations. Multiple washer sizes. Dryer size is the same. Option to purchase detergent and dryer sheets on site. Comfortable temperature inside. Rules set to be fair and courteous to all. Def recommend.

This is the worst laundromat that I've ever been to! The washer has no water in it, it got my clothes damp and then spun for 30 minutes, rubbing dirty clothes against each other and digging in the grime. Do not waste your money here. Update 7/24/22: holy smokes the owner of this establishment is insane! They stalked me and posted a video of me drying wet clothes to move them to another laundromat. Let that sink in hahaha....I dried wet clothes before putting them back in the bag...which to the poor mentally ill owner seems to not make sense. If you look at the reviews of this place there are a couple of dozen reviews that say that the employees are scared because the owner stalks them via the cameras. And they stalked me so seeing is believing!! As someone who works in behavioral psychology let me leave this advice to their employees....run. Fun fact: psychosis is defined as an individual being so mentally disturbed that they lose contact with reality. Antisocial personality disorder is defined as an individual who has no moral compass, often having no regard for right or wrong and other's feelings.

This place is a beat with there dryers. You will spend $2.00 to dry a small small load. No blankets , nothing heavy. They turned the temperature down since I've been coming here before. I noticed it last time. They are charging hotel prices. Then they make u get a card so u will have to leave $$ on it. This place get negative 5 stars.
